Trinity Glazing fitted double glazed windows to my B-listed flat in Dunbar. The work was overseen by Ben, who is one of the firm's directors. As well as being pleased with the quality of the windows fitted, I would also like to highlight the service I received from Trinity Glazing, which I would say was first class. Communication and advice were prompt and clear, and any issues were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Ben and his team for the work carried out, and would not hesitate to recommend them to other customers. The windows look great, and are just as I hoped they would be.

We had trinity glazing to fit new timber surrounds on two windows for draught reduction, and secondary glazing on three for noise reduction.
Craig and Stevie were a pleasure to have around the house - they protected all surfaces, cleared up as they went, asked our opinions when needed, and completed all work to a really high standard, including fine details. It felt like they took the care they would have taken in their own homes.
The office were great to deal with too. They were really flexible and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
Can't really comment on how their prices compare to other companies because they were the only ones willing to come out and quote for our job, but the price felt fair for the quality of the product and the level of workmanship.

The work has only just been completed as of 1 day ago, it looks satisfactory and I am pleased with the appearance and effect. All staff friendly, efficient and helpful.

I had 5 new double glazed windows fitted. The work took 3 days. The window fitters were friendly and professional. I was kept fully informed of the work being carried out. There was a small crack on one of the frames and the window fitters returned to repair the damage. The house was cleaned each day after the work was completed. I am very happy with my new windows.

Installation of two external and one internal window. I was really impressed with this company and the professional manner of all I had contact with. Particular thanks to the glazers who installed the windows, they did a fantastic job and when they realised the installation of the internal window could cause a fair bit of disruption as it was between two kids rooms, they came up with a plan where more of the work was done back in the workshop to minimise impact in the home. They took all debris with them and left the flat spotless. Highly recommended.

The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and friendly team. They took great care to protect all household furnishings and floors. They also protected garden plants which were under a window. The final clean up included vacuuming the floors - real professionalism!

So easy to work with from start to finish and very fairly priced. They replaced the bottom panes of glass following a smah. Suzanne was so fast to respond and work around my dates rearrangements and the gentlemen who came to fit the glass today was so fast, efficient and didn’t leave a smidge of mess behind. However I have to say I am really pleased with the job done, old windows removed and new put in place same day, it looks like the windows were always part of the building, no issues whatsoever!

Replacement windows in tenement stair and stair cupboards, which were very large and difficult to access. My experience of dealing with Trinity Glazing, whom I have used twice before, was excellent from start to finish. First time round we got a new composite door and we were so impressed we got them out to replace a kitchen window and French doors. There was a mix up with our handles but this was immediately fixed as soon as we spoke to Trinity Glazing and we weren't invoiced until we were 100% happy

Having used Trinity Glazing recently to replace six similar condition windows and experienced the quality and fitting expertise it was a no brainier to use them again. From our first contact with Trinity Glazing to the installation of our new stair windows, it was always straightforward to contact them for updates and there was always accurate information about dates for this work to be carried out. There was no problem getting them back to rectify some minor snagging. Overall, all the residents were very pleased with the completed work. I previously used them to install my kitchen window, and was very happy, so used them again for my livingroom windows and spare room. They did an amazing job. I wouldn't use anyone else. The also fixed a lot if ybe awful job made by the person who previously did my bedroom window. I thought they would just seal the cracks on the inside and fix the vent, but they slowly sealed the outside too and added a small drain. Trinity come with my highest recommendation.

Just had trinity in to replace 6 sash and case windows in my Leith based flat. Really happy with the final product, already much warmer and for the first time in months I wasn't woken up by the sounds of the building site across the street. The guys were very nice, worked quickly and tidily. Installation was spread over 2 days which worked well for me as I could still work from home and keep the cats isolated. Would recommend them to friends.

I would like to say that we have been most impressed with the service. Even when a mistake was made with the initial appointment, it was immediately acknowledged and apologised for. We all make mistakes and it is how it is dealt with that is important. We also observed that the estimator came back to double check the measurements when they seemed odd. It was in fact correct. The installation staff were diligent and polite and we were most impressed at the efforts to avoid dust and in their tidying up after the work. We also noted how little of the window frame paintwork was chipped in the work. Well done all.

Trinity glazing replaced 5 windows in my flat. It was a big investment for me so I was delighted by how professional the company was throughout the entire process, from the initial quote visit to the installation. The team answered any questions I had, arrived when they said they would, completed the work as specified, used dust covers to keep my furniture clean and tidied up afterwards. The glazier is a kind, professional gentleman. His work was brilliant, very quickly and neatly done. He managed NOT to smash the glass. No shards of glass all over the place!! Yay!! As previously happened with another company. The windows were sealed with putty not silicone (as another company used). Putty is much better.
Contact with the admin team was also very good. They were kind, helpful, prompt and reliable.
I have already recommended TRINITY GLAZING to neighbours with the same problem.

9 windows replaced with double glazed sash windows. Not the cheapest quote obtained but had heard good things about Trinity so went with them. All the work completed within 2 days. The 2 joiners doing the work were excellent and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of day one. The admin side of things was all vey efficiently handled as well. We had some secondary glazing fitted to our windows in the lounge and small bedroom.
They arrived on the date arranged. The workmen worked hard and completed the job mid afternoon. They were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.
In the small bedroom we asked if they could be careful with the walls as the paint marks very easily. They left without a mark on the walls.

The work carried out involved the installation of secondary acoustic glazing in two bedrooms and a replacement tilt & turn window in a kitchen. These were bespoke made to measure items and work well as installed. Trinity Glazing's service was first class from initial inquiry through suggesting options, on-site measurement and installation. Trinity Glazing's staff were courteous and helpful at all times and their workmanship was of a high standard. The aftercare provided was also first class.

Two Dormer Windows replaced.
Jack and Craig arrived with Dust Sheets to cover all the carpets between front door and the windows. They worked steadily and when they discovered a problem with rot in the panels at the sides of the Dormer they then replaced the panels but still were finished the whole job before the end of the day.
They left the place clean and tidy . I was very pleased with every aspect of using the company.

I had 7 units fitted in 4 rooms and had been advised to expect installation to take 2-2.5 days, but it was all done in one day - phenomenal! The fitters were nice guys and they tidied up very well afterwards. There were a few wee snagging issues that I only became aware of a couple of days later, but these were swiftly resolved. Replacement of 3 old downstairs windows in 1950's vintage property. The main living room should have a good view of the Pentland Hills, if the old window seals still worked...
The installers turned-up on time, were quick (1 day only from start to finish), tidied-up and sealed the interior / exterior joints between frame and mortar properly. The last aspect is often overlooked if you take the 'cowboy' route or have never lived through a Canadian winter.
I would use Trinity again, as they were also priced competitively.

Remedial work to a window cill which had been damaged due to water ingress. Trinity Glazing removed the cill investigated the leak, increased the drainage capacity, checked over the window, tightened the seals and then replaced the cill wIth a new board.

Trinity Glazing was recommended to me by a friend. I had used another trader in the past and they were really good but to be honest the work and service of Trinity Glazing was super. The chap that came to see us on first step told us we did not need new frames so we just got the glass. That to me was honesty itself, you can't buy that. He said we just needed a new door and frame. We waited six weeks as we wanted job done. Once the chaps came they did everything in one day - superb. We had a wee problem with adjustment on the door but that was to be expected as our house was built in 1800. All is great now, again great service thank you Trinity Glazing.

Replaced old wooden sash & case windows with new PVC sliding sash & case windows. I had difficulty finding someone who could do this with the curve at the top to match the stonework of the old cottage (1880) but was delighted that Trinity was able to supply exactly what I wanted. The quality of the windows were excellent and the price was well below what I expected. My thanks too to Craig and Stephen for first class installation, they arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the two front windows replaced by 4 p.m. The before and after pictures show how good the match is from the old original windows.

Someone totally smashed my shop window - not what you need with forced closure at the moment. it was a Sunday evening on the bank holiday weekend. Trinity glazing were there by 10 am the next day having given me a quote over the phone. They removed and replaced the window in no time, were clean tidy and efficient. Brilliant.

We were really pleased with the work and service Trinity Glazing provided from start to finish, replacing all our windows downstairs and upstairs. Kevin & Craig did a great job to replace all the windows, while preserving the existing woodwork / sills and surrounding tiles. They worked round the house in a methodical manner, agreed with us. They made sure each room was clean and tidy, as work was undertaken and completed. They checked in every day to make sure everything was okay and picked up on anything we had noticed. All we needed to ask them to do was go over some of the sealant. They highlighted to us that some external stone would need repaired and this work has now been completed. They kept us informed throughout of plans and when they would be here. They advised us to highlight any issues or concerns as everything settles down, the windows are used in earnest and the weather changes. We would definitely recommend Trinity Glazing. Real sense of teamwork. Very organised, quality service.

Having acquired 1970s built house, needed to replace all the original, single glazed timber windows, most of which were now beginning to rot. Trinity given job on a recommendation and attention to detail was excellent. From fitters (David and Keith) through to Director Jason and staff members, Ben and Lisa. Was quite a big job for us and was concerned doing in run up to Xmas with potential weather issues. But David and Keith worked really hard. Also was no trouble them coming back to attend to small snagging issues at end of job. The windows look great. uPVC but wood affect and look really authentic. We intend to do further work on the house with possible small extension to front. Will certainly look to Trinity to supply any windows! Really pleased with end result. David and Keith also very tidy when doing the work. Thought price was very fair also. Thanks to all.

Replaced 2 north facing windows and repaired 2 others in the property after a good consultation meeting. The previous windows had been installed badly with no insulation and no facings had been used on the outer parts of the windows.Everything was extremely draughty. I had been recommend this company twice before and wished I had listened!

Cannot recommend Trinity Glazing highly enough. We had the windows at the front of the house replaced and large shower screen and large mirror in bathroom installed. Great local company, great customer service pre and post installation, really nice guys working in your home who clean and tidy up after themselves at the end of each day and end of job. I contacted Trinity to get a small repair made to the roof of my conservatory, a leak needed to be sealed off. I am very happy with how promptly Trinity responded to my queries, they also turned up when they said that they would to carry out the repair work. The tradesman who carried out the work was courteous and polite and it would appear that the work done was to a good standard.

Since Trinity Glazing double glazed and draught proofed the windows of the main room and one bedroom of my main door flat in 2018 my energy bills have fallen by between one half and one third. The rooms are also more comfortable and I feel more secure in the flat. Peter made an excellent job of them and Trinity Glazing replaced the one pane of double glazing that had leaked over last winter promptly. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

The builders ( fitters/joiners and painter & decorator) could not have been more efficient/skilled and helpful. I had all the old rotten wooden windows replaced with new uPVC windows. They were really helpful with the information and weren't pushy trying to up sell different things, which I had problems with from other companies I got quotes from.
Overall the work it of a high quality and the windows are perfect. I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company.On this occasionI had a double glazed unit replaced in my Conservatory. From my initial contact to completion of installation the standard of service was excellent. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and efficient. I had three windows at the back of my tenement flat replaced with UPVC sash/case windows. I had moved in recently and the flat was far colder than I was used to. Trinity quoted, measured very quickly afterwards and, knowing I was desperate to get the windows fitted before the Christmas break, did their best to meet my timescale. I had them fitted the week before the break and was so delighted! Good communication throughout and Lisa, who I spoke to, was always friendly and helpful. The guys that came to fit the units were really nice and did a great job, leaving me with lovely new windows and the place looking tidy. I have more windows that need doing and I'd happily go to Trinity again. The perfect experience.

The whole involvement with Trinity from start to finish was trouble free and we were very happy with the price. The window fitters Craig and Dougie were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they did a first class job, left everything tidy and took care around the house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity to friends and family or anyone else really who is looking to have windows replaced.

I had emailed in the requirements in the first instance which gave me the initial quote. Jason subsequently came to the property (on time) to confirm the valuation for the job. The guys who were booked in to replace the pane of glass also came at the time agreed and completed the job well. I got several quotes for this job and Trinity were the best value.

I phoned up to discuss the replacement of a sealed unit after it had been broken by a stone being thrown at it (again). The person I discussed the job with was helpful and sympathetic and suggested toughened glass. He was honest and said it wasn't shatterproof but might be more resilient so I thought it worth a try. The service was professional and the replacement was installed in a timely manner. I would use Trinity Glazing again.

Really happy with the finished product and the guys who fitted our secondary glazing were great. Did as we wanted and made sure they left everything tidy. Only reason not 5 star overall was a few miscommunications about when people were coming out to measure and then fit and we had to chase up quotes to get things going. Peter did a great job of renovating Victorian windows back and front of my main door flat. I am already benefitting: no draughts, less noise and good insulation. They turned up promptly. got straight on with the job and were able to quickly replace a broken handle on a tilt and turn window. They also adjusted another large opening window (which had been left closing badly by another window company after they fitted a new glass panel!) so it opened and closed easily and smoothly.

My new front door was installed by Jason, who got to work right away and kept me informed every step of the way.. The door was lovely and the work was carried out so quietly, I didn't even know they were there. The finished product was truly lovely and all my friends want to know who did it!!!!!

The delivery and fitting, which were critical, were on time. The fitters did a good job in adverse weather conditions. There were some scratches on the door but this was sorted by the 'remedial' man Trinity Glazing sent. I would recommend them and use them again as the customer service was excellent and the product quality seems very good.

I had 2 replacement upvc windows installed and am very pleased with the work. I was happy with the advice I received on how best to meet my requirement for noise reduction. The workmen installed the windows with minimal scuffing to the plasterwork around the windows and there was not too much dust - they swept up pretty well, and it didn't take too long to vacuum up the rest. I would definitely recommend them.

Trinity Glazing did a great job fitting a large porch window, an opaque bathroom window and a bedroom window. Jason provided very helpful advice beforehand on which windows to choose, the men worked very hard on the day, and we are very pleased with the quality of the windows which were fitted. Some of the old concrete render round the porch window, which was already cracked, inevitably fell away in a couple of places when the new window was being fitted. Trinity Glazing sent someone to repair this around a week later without being reminded, and the concrete render now looks as good as new - so they provided an excellent follow-up service. I am very happy to recommend this company which I think provides great service and great value.

This is the second time I have used Trinity Glazing and have and would continue to recommend this company. The fitters who fitted my new door were very polite and well presented. I felt comfortable leaving these guys in my home unsupervised.
