I phoned up to discuss the replacement of a sealed unit after it had been broken by a stone being thrown at it (again). The person I discussed the job with was helpful and sympathetic and suggested toughened glass. He was honest and said it wasn't shatterproof but might be more resilient so I thought it worth a try. The service was professional and the replacement was installed in a timely manner. I would use Trinity Glazing again.

Really happy with the finished product and the guys who fitted our secondary glazing were great. Did as we wanted and made sure they left everything tidy. Only reason not 5 star overall was a few miscommunications about when people were coming out to measure and then fit and we had to chase up quotes to get things going. Would have been 5star otherwise.

Peter did a great job of renovating Victorian windows back and front of my main door flat. I am already benefitting: no draughts, less noise and good insulation. Now I can also control the ventilation of the flat by opening the windows above and below. I am glad to be able to improve these handsome windows while retaining the original woodwork. Trinity Glazing are a friendly and helpful firm.

I was so relieved that Trinity were able to come the same day and fix and secure a window that had been broken in a break-in. I didn't want to have another sleepless night. The chap who carried out the work tidied up afterwards which was great.

The quality of the pre-sale and window installed is excellent. However, we had slightly issue with window adjustments. An engineer had to come three times to get work done.
I think this was caused by the volume of work during busy season and not particularly level of skills.

Took a little bit longer than was originally told for mirrors to be delivered and fitted but was not really a problem and had to chase for an update.
Staff polite on the phone and easy to deal with and the guys that fitted the mirrors were quick and professional and did a great job.

Trinity Glazing understood I had a low level of knowledge of glazing, they took time to explain the possible difficulties in my window replacement and the subsequent costs that could be involved, ultimately giving greater transparency and understanding. Trinity Glazing then communicated well and got the job sorted and a good cost. I would recommend again and will likely use them again. Blair H.
