New front door fitted as old one was warped and letting a draft in.
Communication with Trinity was fantastic from the opening enquiry. Surveyor came out to measure the job and gave clear timescales.
When it came to the new door being fitted, the workmen came and done an excellent job to the highest standard. Very happy customer!

Trinity supplied and fitted a new UPVC window to replace a timber window that had been damaged by dry rot. They had to attend at a time to fit in with the main contractor's schedule.
From visiting to measure up for the new window through to completion Trinity were a pleasure to do business with. Pleasant, communicative,punctual and good quality product and workmanship.
I'd recommend them to anyone considering window replacement.

The window fitters arrived on time and worked constantly throughout the day. The workmen were courteous and cleaned up any mess after themselves. The workmen removed all waste. Very happy with the final product and fitment of the windows.

Great Service. Trinty carried out some glass replacement, a new installation of a bathroom window, and repair to sash and case windows.
Most impressed, particularly with their after-sales service when they returned, without any issues whatsoever, to rectify a minor problem.

I requested a survey for replacement windows from Trinity. They were very responsive and prompt in arranging the visit. Craig, who attended, was actually able to fix the problem I was having with the windows there and then, meaning I no longer needed replacements! He was very professional and I am very grateful for the help provided. I would certainly recommend.

We had the double-glazing panels in 4 windows (total of 8 panes) replaced because the old ones had started to cloud up inside.
From the outset, the office staff and engineers have been very pleasant and polite throughout.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the quote, expecting it to be higher
The engineer came to measure up within a few days and the panes were ready for installation less than 2 weeks later.
The work was very professionally carried out, and any mess, of which there was hardly any, was cleared up.
We cannot comment on the supply of complete windows because we only had the glass units replaced. However based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Trinity to others.

Very good window fitting company. They did an excellent installation at a competitive price. There was an issue with the plaster around the window on the first day, and they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. Great service from start to finish.

I had some secondary glazing installed and have been very happy with the whole process. An estimator came out soon after my inquiry and I received a quote for the works quickly after that. At no point did I feel pressured. It took about one month for the windows to be made up and they were installed very efficiently. The difference in sound insulation is amazing, like night and day. I was also given a few helpful pointers about shortcomings with the original double glazing I had had installed by a different firm which I am now chasing up. I just wish I had used Trinity Glazing in the first place.

We had a couple of windows replaced and also the glazing in another two. From dealing with the office staff to the actual work being carried out, we were extremely satisfied with the friendly and professional manner in which everything was done. The quality of the installations was excellent and everything was done for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’m grateful to the guy who recommended them to us.

I had a replacement for an old patio door with a modern aluminium-framed one. Trinity have done an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the result. They removed the old one and fitted the new one which has a much better seal both against draught and sound. They spent quite a while getting it right, fitting the trim and sealing round it. I'm very happy and would certainly use them again.

This is the second time we have used Trinity Glazing. We have had in total 4 windows and a door installed. The windows are excellent quality, the difference in temperature in the house is obvious!
The staff, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the installers have all been unfailingly polite and cheerful.
We wouldn't go anywhere else for windows and doors.
