We had new windows fitted and all went to plan on date and time specified. There were a couple of small niggles after the fitting but these were sorted promptly and at a time to suit me. Very tidy workers and will use again.

Trinity refurbished our sash and case windows, replacing the glass with slimline double glazing. Throughout the work the fitters were always friendly and helpful. Any queries I had were quickly answered and I was always kept updated on progress or any changes to the schedule of works. Trinity provided a very reliable service and I would happily recommend them.

Replacement of misted double glazing unit, once window was measured and replacement unit was manufactured which only took around a week, fitting was done within around ten minutes with minimum disruption and nothing to clear up afterwards.

We had a window installed. The whole process went smoothly and when I had a query it was answered quickly and satisfactorily. The fitters were careful not to damage the tiles which was a big plus.

I had three windows at the back of my tenement flat replaced with UPVC sash/case windows. I had moved in recently and the flat was far colder than I was used to. Trinity quoted, measured very quickly afterwards and, knowing I was desperate to get the windows fitted before the Christmas break, did their best to meet my timescale. I had them fitted the week before the break and was so delighted! Good communication throughout and Lisa, who I spoke to, was always friendly and helpful. The guys that came to fit the units were really nice and did a great job, leaving me with lovely new windows and the place looking tidy. I have more windows that need doing and I'd happily go to Trinity again. The perfect experience.

We had three replacement windows fitted in December. The windows were excellent quality UPVC replacements for the original wooden framed ones that had reached the end of their lives.
The whole involvement with Trinity from start to finish was trouble free and we were very happy with the price. The window fitters Craig and Dougie were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they did a first class job, left everything tidy and took care around the house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity to friends and family or anyone else really who is looking to have windows replaced.
