I had three windows at the back of my tenement flat replaced with UPVC sash/case windows. I had moved in recently and the flat was far colder than I was used to. Trinity quoted, measured very quickly afterwards and, knowing I was desperate to get the windows fitted before the Christmas break, did their best to meet my timescale. I had them fitted the week before the break and was so delighted! Good communication throughout and Lisa, who I spoke to, was always friendly and helpful. The guys that came to fit the units were really nice and did a great job, leaving me with lovely new windows and the place looking tidy. I have more windows that need doing and I'd happily go to Trinity again. The perfect experience.

We had three replacement windows fitted in December. The windows were excellent quality UPVC replacements for the original wooden framed ones that had reached the end of their lives.
The whole involvement with Trinity from start to finish was trouble free and we were very happy with the price. The window fitters Craig and Dougie were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they did a first class job, left everything tidy and took care around the house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity to friends and family or anyone else really who is looking to have windows replaced.

Very professional from the outset. A good initial survey of the work required, followed by a clear written estimate of costs.
The work was done to a high standard and the work area was left clean and tidy, followed by an excellent paint job of the window which had been worked on.

I had emailed in the requirements in the first instance which gave me the initial quote. Jason subsequently came to the property (on time) to confirm the valuation for the job. The guys who were booked in to replace the pane of glass also came at the time agreed and completed the job well. I got several quotes for this job and Trinity were the best value.
