An old chimney was swept and a ventilation only cap fitted. A minor roof leak was inspected for future work.

They organised an appointment to suit us, did a great job with no mess, quick and thorough with some welcome advice too regarding chimneys and fires. Fabulous that you remind me that I need a roof check and Patrick always arrives on time and on the specified day. Area on the ground is clean from leaves/dirt from the gutters ie no mess has been left.
Also on the plus side is that if the quote is x amount for work that is to be done but on the day is unnecessary, then the invoice reflects less than x ie payment required will be less than the quoted amount.

Roof damage due to series of storms. Several slipped slates, a few completely detached and blown into the garden.
All damage fixed and at a good price.

Fixed a few minor issues with roof and gutters. Went up ladder and inspected, with photos, before quoting which we liked. Job seems good and charged a fair price. Would recommend.

Work carried out to unblock overflowing gutter; seal leaking downpipe sections; clean gutters, fascias and soffits. The "urgent" job - the overflowing gutter was attended to within 24 hours of first contact. This trader provided a clear and detailed quotation promptly and came to do the work at the agreed time. He kept in touch by email and telephone. I would use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I am really pleased with the roof repair and roof maintenance I had completed by Roof Fix Services. The work was completed in a clean and timely manner and Patrick is very customer focussed, ensuring you understand what work needs completing, how that work will be done and the timescales to be worked within. I would recommend Patrick and his team and will be happy to use them in future.

Roof fix services were engaged to fit plastic dry verge units to a section of roof verge. Instead of fitting the verge units with the top face of the units flush with the tiles they fitted the units incorrectly leaving large gaps between the units and the tiles (see photo), totally compromising any weatherproofing. I personally have difficulty believing that they had any previous experience in doing this type of work and I had to have them come back to remove the units before I had them refitted correctly by another company.
My advice to anyone considering using this company for any particular work would be to get a reference from someone who has had them do that type of work before.

Contacted Roof Fix Services in relation to a faulty/blocked gutter in a remote section of my tenement roof. This was a persistent issue resulting in water ingress.
