Had our flue swept and a new cowl attached. Quick and friendly first response to my enquiry, did need to send a further query to confirm the date for a visit but all went well and as expected after that. Price was around what I had guessed it would be. All in all, very happy with my experience.

I asked for chimney sweeping services and got an immediate response. A new cowl was fixed 4 days BEFORE, the appointment because he called to say if I was available he could do it. Great experience altogether.
