Patrick was communicative in advance, rechecking booking ok, kept updated on arrival time. Texts, email. Did job efficiently with minimal fuss and no mess left. Emailed day after with link to a payment platform to pay direct by card or bank account, all as you would expect from a professional. Offered to get in touch a year later to check if needed again so I don't need to remember. Thanks Patrick.

We had our chimney swept in December. Patrick turned up on time, was very friendly and efficient. The room was left clean and tidy after he had finished.

I have a log burner and needed the chimney swept. I booked the service on-line for 9/12/24. Super simple to book and the communication was excellent. I received very helpful text reminders and also a text with an estimated time of arrival.
This is the first time I’ve used Roof Fix Services and I’ll definitely be using them again for chimney sweep and other roof services. The owner of the company completed the work.

I booked Patrick for a chimney sweep and check in our new (to us) home. We had no idea when the open fire had last been used or checked, so wanted to be on the safe side before using.
The online booking system was so convenient, making it a simple process to find a time that suited both parties. A couple of reminder emails and texts confirmed an exact appointment time closer to the date. Patrick arrived exactly at the time indicated, and was polite and friendly.
The work was done very quickly and with zero mess. Patrick explained what he had found on inspection, and offered advice on future maintenance etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick. The work was high quality, and the service hassle free.

Thanks to Patrick for his hard work and dedication, ( especially the fight with the crows nest) the chimney hadn't been used in donkeys and it was pretty bad, but he stuck it out to the bitter end. Excellent job. Beautiful fire that night.

Had chimney inspected and swept. They had an online booking service which was handy and he arrived on time and carefully carried out the job in a professional way. There was no mess made or left except a little dust which was explained to me beforehand. Great service and was provided with a certificate of having had the job done. Would definitely recommend.

Our swirler on the wood burner duct was seized, affecting it's performance. Patrick arranged a replacement at short notice which was much appreciated.
