General roof repairs - replace broken tiles, pick / re-point all hip tiles, replaced timber and sealant on dormer windows. Also replacement of garage roof.
Patrick attended by appointment to assess and quote for the work to be carried out and was flexible in arranging times to complete the different jobs.
Work appears to have been completed to high standard at a fair price. Final price was the same as the quote.
Patrick turned up on time and completed work to schedule. He was reliable and I'd trust him to come back if there are any problems with the work completed. He cleared all debris from site and seems to take pride in his work and reputation. Would highly recommend for any roof repair work.
