I was very satisfied with the work done by Roof Fix and will definitely use their services again.
They kept in touch regarding ETA and carried out the sweeping of my chimney with absolutely no mess at all. The agent answered all my questions and was polite and friendly.

Patrick was only coming to clean the flue of our wood-burner, but he was polite, tidy and efficient. Although he ran late, I received a text informing me of his likely arrival time which was accurate.

Patrick (Roof Fix Services) was punctual, polite and very professional not to mention very competitively priced. I only had one chimney swept but I would highly recommend his service.
I requested a quote for additional work to be carried which was provided within forty eight hours again very competitive on pricing which I will be going ahead with.

Patrick did a clean, efficient and professional chimney sweep for me. His communication was good and he turned up on time. He identified that the wrong cowl had been on the chimney. When he came back to fit the new one, he noticed several tiles missing that he is coming back to replace. I liked that he took photos of the work that he had done and the missing tiles. Reliable and reasonably priced.
