There was a quick response to our initial inquiry.

Chimney swept. Appointment arranged very efficiently. Notified when delay occured and work swiftly rescheduled. Patrick turned up on time, was very pleasant and quick and cleaned up afterwards very well. A pleasure to do business with this firm.

We sent a request for a chimney sweep and were put in contact with Patrick shortly afterwards. Patrick called to arrange a date and time, he was friendly, polite and punctual. He has done a lovely job of my chimney and even cleaned my wood burner so it looks new! Love him! x

We engaged this company to sweep our chimney (coal fire) and to replace the cowl. The works were done speedily and with no mess. We would recommend this firm as they also had an efficient booking system and carried out the works on the date agreed. We are happy to use them again for further roof works that need addressed.

Had our flue swept and a new cowl attached. Quick and friendly first response to my enquiry, did need to send a further query to confirm the date for a visit but all went well and as expected after that. Price was around what I had guessed it would be. All in all, very happy with my experience.
