We booked Celsius to do our boiler service today. They arrived on time and were very polite and efficient.
They topped up the pressure and our boiler seems to be working fine now.

Hiya, the first visit by Celcius workmen occurred within the week of me phoning and included an estimate for the intended work. (the payment for 1 hour had to be paid before they arrived at our house, paying before work was done was something I felt a bit wary of but I had nothing to worry about). A quote was sent to us through email, payment was made online and I made an appointment for the following
week .
Our kitchen tap had been making a foghorn noise when turned on. The tap was replaced and now works fine.
Our toilet upstairs sounded as if it had water trickling into it constantly. the syphon was replaced and now it works fine.
the ensuite toilet had flooded to downstairs. the connection was replaced and now there is no leak.
The workmen were lovely and knew what they were talking about. The job was completed within the estimated time.
I would definitely use this company again :-)

We had a brand new boiler installed, Celsius were quick to getting us a slot and getting it sorted fast now the colder nights are coming in.
We were a bit apprehensive realising we wouldn’t be in for the install but Blair and Aaron were super professional and respectful in the flat without us there! I arrived near the end of the job and both guys were lovely and showed me how to use the new boiler leaving me super happy to have hot showers again!
They also left the flat clean and thoroughly checked all the functions work before heading off. Thanks so much!!

We had our old boiler replaced, after it began to require too many maintenance visits.
Celsius quoted us a number of options, from value to best quality.
Once quote confirmed, the team came in a week later at 8am promptly, installed the new system, tested it, cleaned up and talked us through using it. Gone by 3pm.
Very happy with the work.

The pipe was leaking under the sink, and the man who came was very nice and got on with the job, he also checked my floorboards to make sure there where no other apparent problem to deal with.

Had a real emergency on a Saturday afternoon in August 2023, nearing the end of floor repairs, I drilled through a water pipe! Managed to get a screw in to limit the flow, called one firm who said they would call back within 90 mins, but then phoned Celsius, and within 20 mins Jamie the plumber turned up. Panic stations for 20mins as we couldn't locate the stopcock, but he found a workaround, repaired the pipe and did me a proper solid. Excellent service from Celsius and from Jamie. Thank you!
