What I appreciate the most is that Celsius keep you informed. They email confirmation, follow up and then call before they arrive. The engineers are friendly and helpful.

The firm were quick to respond and engaged during the quote process, not the cheapest but certainly not the dearest, then delivered on time and on budget.
The on-site engineers were particularly helpful and happy to answer questions, and kept us informed about the process.

New boiler fitted. Arrived on time and finished job when they said. Cleaned up when they finished and took all old pipes and boiler away.

Came to service the boiler. Called ahead to say what time they would be arriving at. Explained everything they were doing, left the areas they were in clean and tidy. Professional and polite throughout. Highly recommend Celsius

Michael and his team were really committed to resolving the heating/plumbing problems we were experiencing. They really went the extra mile, and were punctual, friendly and professional in their approach. This commitment really came through as they worked to find solutions to the ongoing problems we were experiencing.
