Connor had previously attended my house related to the current issue so had an idea of the issues. He was punctual , polite and courteous to my wife and I. He listened to trying to explain what had been happening. Then assessed our boiler and radiators. Explained what the likely issue were and possible solutions.
He left stating he’d send his report promptly to hopefully speed up getting the problem(s) resolved.
The work has now successfully been completed.

I recently moved into my flat and decided to have the boiler serviced and a Legionella check straight away. Connor and his colleague were on time, thorough, and quick. They also made sure I understood the potential issues with my boiler and what my next steps might be.

Boiler and radiator maintenance to satisfy warranty. I also have a new carbon monoxide monitor fitted and a gas fire maintained.
Very efficient, reliable and professional.
Attend when they agree, know what they are there to do and it is often someone who has maintained the device in previous years. That gives me confidence that team is well established and experienced.

The booking system was simple and I was sent a couple of reminders prior to arrival.
The engineer text me to give me an arrival time (and was on time)
The service was thorough and the engineer worked quickly and tidied up after.
We were given the required information, I was very happy and will continue to use Celsius in the future.

Call out to fix central heating that had stopped working.
Engineer messaged beforehand to advise of estimated arrival time and then arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional, quick and efficient BUT importantly took time to explain everything. He didn't leave until I was reassured with all the instructions. He was also extremely patient in answering my additional questions about boilers in general (of which I had many!!).
I never use anyone but Celsius - their customer service is exceptional and even with the continued growth of their successful business - it still feels like a small, friendly, family-run business.
