They did a completely new bathroom and it is fabulous. It looks amazing. Kevin was brilliant and so helpful with all the choices from the shower sink etc. The work is excellent. So professional. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing needs in the future. Really excellent service from start to finish.

We had our boiler serviced, they also serviced our hot water tank. The engineer came when he was supposed to, he was polite and explained everything clearly and left no mess!

An exceptionally good company.
From a thorough and careful pre-planning of the job to the very pleasant and helpful staff, everything went very well and I shall certainly use this firm again and am recommending it to my friends. The Trusted Trader Scheme I have used in the past and it is a great help.

This is a great company to work with. Kevin was so helpful from start to end. He presented all the options based on what I wanted and was flexible at each stage when I changed my mind. Even on the day when work was due to start, I found a new leak and Kevin and John just got on with helping by getting the parts and fixing it all.. This company have the customer at the forefront.

We had three pieces of work done in our bathroom (new toilet, electric shower and hot towel rail) and are very happy with the work done. Emails were responded to quicky and clearly, and a very minor problem was resolved without fuss. The plumber was professional and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending.

Melville and Whitson are brilliant Plumbers. The job gets done in good time and I always trust them to do a good job. Their engineers are polite and well presented and Danni in the office is super efficient and always cheery on the phone. 10/10, couldn't recommend more highly.

Work and supply of materials and parts were well organised.
The trades (plumbers, joiners, tilers, plasterers) were well skilled.
They cleaned up after every days work.
All carpets and floors where they passed through were protected beforehand.
All rubbish was removed as they went along.
Everyone was helpful.
They did not stop working, 10 minutes for a cup of tea and they were off again.
Final product was what we had envisaged.
