Had a problem with the central heating boiler losing pressure. Ryan attended the problem, rectified it and came back to ensure it was maintaining pressure. Extremely happy with the professional service.

We've used MWM for over 10 years now, in our own home and a rental property, for new boiler, bathroom fitting, gas safety inspections and everything else. The only firm of plumbers / heating engineers you will ever need.

We had the bath replaced by a shower tray and enclosure, and also new shower wall panels and flooring fitted.
We were delighted with all aspects of the work undertaken, and commend Kevin, Nicky and Zak for their professionalism, and their warm and friendly manners.

The work involved investigating a possible leak behind the kitchen sink unit. The area was exposed and checked with the minimum of disruption and re~assembled tidily and efficiently. The plumber ( Kevin) is a credit to the company and was friendly and most helpful.

Leaking towel rail and services to boiler and gas fire. Prompt response when emailed Stevie the engineer arrived next day. Did a great job with a can-do attitude to resolve a problem repressurising the boiler.

We had anold Oil Boiler replaced with a modern system to the current standards. The work was done as planned and several other small issues with the existing system that were not strictly part of the planned work were corrected at no extra cost. Very impressed. Nice people and excellent work.

We've been using them for a few years and we're very happy with their service. They installed and now service a boiler in our building and also sort any plumbing issues. They respond quickly and in a friendly way. I'd definitely recommend them to other small businesses.

Having worked in the construction industry in England ,Wales and now Scotland, developing 8 properties between us, my wife and I would consider ouselves experienced within the industry. We found Melville Whitson and Muir second to none within their field. They carried out a complex 2 boiler residential hot water & heating system which included both radiators and wet under floor heating system complete with low loss header, This system efficiently heats and provides hot water to a period 1872 Victorian property we renovated within Dunbar.
We would recommend them and would 100% use them in new projects.

MWM carried out some repairs and improvement work to our bathroom. Kevin's communication and advice was excellent throughout. He listened to what we needed and helped us find the right solutions for our space and budget. The on-site team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done in the agreed timeframe, and left the bathroom in excellent condition. A great service all round, and we'd definitely use MWM again.
