I have always been happy with his work and have found him to be approachable and he has been very professional in my dealings with him. So much so that when I made the decision to install a new boiler the work was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. When a minor problem arose Alisdairs customer service was as usual excellent and the problem was solved quickly and very satisfactorily. I would not hesitate in recommending his firm to family and friends
