We required a fast turnaround for installation of an EV charger in a remote and rural steading in the glens. The survey was almost next day and the tight installation window of within two weeks was readily met within one and to a high standard.

Having experience of a few EV charger home installations over the last few years, this was a fairly priced and great job.

we had 12 solar panels fitted the 2 workers that came to fit the were excellent and got on with the fitting you would have hardly known they were there

Full ground mounted solar installation with battery storage, with connection to auto start generator in case of power cuts.
Also fully wire garage with lights, sockets, EV charger, security lighting and future proof with sub fuse box.
The quality of work was excellent, we were kept informed all through the installation and Richard explained the app and controls on completion.
The guys were friendly, clean and tidy, professional and polite at all times.

Best service from John McIntosh Electrical. We had a solar panel system fitted with them last year and everything works smoothly. Today we had EV charger and fuse box changed as well. Very tidy and professional job done. Definitely will be back when needed. Can't recommend them highly enough :)

Installation of a Solis battery tied system to our existing solar panel system, including a new inverter and battery in the loft. Connection of an App to enable remote monitoring of performance.
From first contact to final installation, this trader was helpful and straightforward to deal with. The installation was completed in a single day without fuss, and everything was left clean and tidy - no mess.

Having had work done by John before I phoned him for advice recently about a cooker hob which had "lost" two of its rings, He said he would come out the following day on his way home and see what the best way of dealing with it was. He came in as promised and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Really appreciated his willingness to help out so quickly and at very reasonable cost.

We had 12 solar panels and all the associated bits required fitted to our house today, the fitters arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job in what I would term a really quick time. The work was tidy and very neat despite some of it being in not the easiest place for access being located inside a kitchen unit lower cupboard.
Prior to the installation today, John himself kept us informed at every stage of the work which was excellent and the sign of a good company.
We hadn’t had any electrical work done by John McIntosh before but we are very pleased with the performance of the whole team today.
