We had a house removal service via Forfar Removals. We would highly recommend their quality of service from start to finish. The Office Staff kept us informed all the way and were very polite, helpful and efficient. The team of men were also very polite, helpful and efficient. Grant, in particular, has a very calming influence with stressed clients. We are certainly happy with the level of service provided by this company.

This removal company were a joy from start to finish. They arrived on time and as agreed to assess our requirements and provide an accurate quote. The office team were always quick to respond, helpful and polite. On moving day, we couldn't have asked for a more stress free process. The 4 guys who arrived to assist with the move, quickly emptied the property and dismantled the furniture and as soon as we got our keys they arrived at the new property and set to work putting things wherever we needed them and moving furniture around for us. They were brilliant, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I booked Forfar removals to move our furniture from a rental to our new home in the same town. We were doing renovations at the new house and 2 days before the move it was clear the house wouldn't be ready. Forfar removals were quick to help out by organising our belongings to go into storage with such short notice. Their quick response just took away all the stress!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!, we scheduled Forfar removals to carry out our move in December last year, they charged us over £1,700 upfront for the service. As the move neared we had to postpone for a further 2 weeks due to an issue with our buyer and Forfar Removals took £1,400 of our costs and told us they would not provide the service 2 weeks later. The owner was completely unsympathetic to the delay and did not care a jot about leaving us out of pocket with no service provided at all for the payment he took, I'd recommend using a removal company that charges after the move, certainly not this one!
