Can’t thank Andy enough for all his hard work in our home. He replaced 6 doors and fitted a new bannister. His work is excellent and worked very hard whilst he was here. Absolutely love our doors and bannister. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy. He even tidied up at the end of each day. Will definitely be asking Andy back to fit new wardrobe doors soon. We replaced a bathroom window and several wooden window sills. The communication was excellent, a detailed breakdown of the costs was provided within the quote. The workmanship was of an extremely high standard, as the task was not entirely straight forward due to living in a period property. The finished work exceeded our expectations and the room was left spotless. We will definitely be a returning customer.

I have used AFM property maintenance a few times now, all new internal doors in house, new staircase and some shelves and door hooks put up. AFM property maintenance has done several jobs for us. He has put in 3 areas of decking to an extremely high standard. Built a pergola and fitted bespoke wardrobe doors.

Had roof replaced on the shed, a cupboard made into the wall, floor boards in hall replaced, doors fixed and a set of ikea wardrobes built! Andy has been fab. Made adjustments for my disabled daughter when she wanted things her way! Even worked his way round the dogs as they sat on his tools!!!

We had decking built in back garden. Job completed in good time and was of a very high standard. Andy was really friendly, helpful and open to different ideas we had before we agreed on the design and finish. Highly recommend.

Andy came along to build our fence on two occasions. We arranged a date in advance and he came along when he said he would. He turned up early, worked hard and got the work done quickly and carefully.
We will be asking him to return for future works.

Andy has done a range of work around the house for us, including a new set of doors for the wardrobe.
