Gary replaced the inlet valve on the toilet which had been making horrible noises every time it was flushed. He came within a few days of my calling, phoned before the appointment to tell me he was on his way and was very speedy and tidy in carrying out the work. He had brought the replacement valve with him, thereby not wasting more time than necessary. Very pleasant and friendly lad.

Gary installed a whole new bathroom having completely gutted the room. Gary appeared exactly on time as agreed. He rerouted the plumbing and waste pipes as required and installed everything new. The job was completed on schedule. Carpet protectors were used and no mess left behind. He used an excellent local joiner and electrician. I will definitely recommend Gary to friends and family. I contacted Gary one Sunday night having discovered a leak in my boiler. Gary responded almost immediately and came to have a look at the leak on Monday morning. He quickly identified the problem and said he would order the part required and return on Thursday. Gary turned up exactly when he said he would and fixed the issue within 20 minutes.

Gary is reliable, prompt and never needs chased up. His invoice was also very reasonable for the work carried out and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else. First class tradesman!

Gary never needed chasing up , he appeared on time EVERY time , fantastic communication and , gave an accurate estimate and carried out the bathroom instillation with minimal fuss , we couldn’t be happier with the finished job !!!

New GCH system in to property with no previous GCH.

Had three quotes all together and all were in the same ball park price wise but I chose Durward plumbing and heating because Gary took time to take measurements and explain to me the benefits of where to place the radiators and listened to any concerns I had.

Fitted me in quickly when the gas meter was installed by British Gas weeks earlier than anticipated and work was completed in the specified work time of three days.

What a true gent Gary is I booked him to connect my gas cooker when I moved to a new build property just through chatting about how stressfull the move had been and how my washing machine wasnt connected yet either not only did Gary connect my cooker he also connected washing machine for me too .Very much appreciated Gary .Would highly recommend polite ,friendly and prompt service .Thank you

9pm last night suffered a water leak above the dining room ceiling. Called Gary who arrived within minutes and quickly found the location of the broken pipe and fixed it immediately. Gary is not only a true professional but a thoroughly nice friendly Gentleman who drops everything and comes to the rescue.

Contacted Durward Plumbing & Heating to have both taps and wastes replaced in our bathroom & shower room.

As this was not a large job, finding a local plumber on my first attempt who was willing to undertake this work was pleasing. Gary completed the job within a few days of being contacted, what more can you ask for.

Gary was polite, friendly and efficient. Despite the fact that the work initially reuquested was considered too small a job for the other plumbers we contacted, Gary undertook the work without complaint. Gary fitted a new bathroom from Splash out bathrooms for us.
Gary gave us time of 8am starting and was there at the given time. We told him there was a leak coming from the bathroom before installation and it turned out it there was a lot of water damage. Gary rectified this along with the joiner.

When working Gary made sure there was a protective cover on the stair carpet so that wouldn't get damaged or stained. All mess was cleared up and floor hoovered before he left each night. When the work was complete it was a wow factor as we couldn't believe the transformation. His workmanship was first class and will be using him again.

I had a downstairs toilet and sink installed, hi level cistern, not a regular cistern but Gary fitted everything and I couldnt have been happier, I have now ordered my bathroom units, bath and toilet and Gary will be fitting this too, great service and advice, I would recommend him to anyone who needs a bathroom or any plumbing completed.
