First time using Steven. I was impressed with his promptness and willingness to keep me informed on his availability and presence. A very pleasant manner, added to his expertise, relaxed my possible concerns about the condition of my gas boiler that he was servicing. I had forgotten to service the system last year so was pleased to get the news that all was well.
I am considering adding a radiator to my system; Steven will be my first choice for the addition.

Steven did great work. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job in the amount of time he said he would. Very happy with his work and would happily use him again. Also, very reasonable price for what he did which was swapping over an old gas cooker to a new one.

Annual boiler service. Used S B Heating for a few years now to carry out the service on my combi boiler . Reliable and pleasant. Work carried out in a professional and thorough manner . Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend SB Heating .

I had my landlord gas safety carried out by SB Heating and Gas Services. Steven was very friendly and efficient from my first contact with him, he turned up when he said he would and carried out exactly what needed to be done and communicated with me as soon as he finished at my property.
I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone reliable and efficient and I will definitely use for future work.

Installation of a replacement gas hob. In advance of the job I had several questions as to what hob to buy and what the work involved. He responded promptly and helpfully. As for the job itself, he came to my house at the time arranged and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Definitely five stars.

Gas boiler and 2 gas fires annual service. Third year in succession I’ve used SB Heating and Gas Services. Have found Steven to be a real professional and work completed on time to a high standard. Excellent communications, friendly manner and description of work done explained in full. Detailed reports of services supplied for my records. Would highly recommend to others.

Steven came out to service our living flame gas fire. British Gas had advised us that there was a problem with it.
Arrived on time, very clean and tidy worker and a thoroughly nice guy, sorted the fire, cleaned and repainted all the imitation coals and hearth. Fire looks as good as new, which we're delighted with. All done for a great fixed price.
We'll definitely be calling on him again, a good honest tradesperson. Thanks Steven.
