Had blinds fitted on a twin window. Fitter was polite and chatty. Got the job done and gave us advice and told us not to hesitate to call if any problems however small. Did have to have them return for minor adjuatment and was made to feel perfectly at ease for my call back. Job was done to my satisfaction and again fitter coukd not be more pleasant. Thank you shadow blinds. I definitely will be uaing again and certainly will and already have recommended. Top job.

Lovely Perfect fit shutters installed, minor fault with one panel but quickly replaced

We ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds with shadow blinds having had new windows installed. We were happy with the price but had to wait 2 weeks for the blinds. However we are happy with the products and the fitting, and would recommend shadow blinds.

Shadow Blinds have just supplied and fitted blinds for our Lodge outside St Andrews. The service has been excellent. I received a very quick response to my first email , followed by excellent service provided by Sean who came out to measure up and quote and give advice and explain the process. All timelines he mentioned were adhered to. I had a few follow up questions and the staff at the Dunfermline show room were very helpful in getting the answers. Finally Darryl fitted all 15 blinds in an afternoon. He was also extremely helpful. I am delighted at how the blinds look and would definitely recommend Shadow Blinds to others.

I received three quotes, one very local (Cupar) one from Shadow Blinds and one from a national company. I gave up on the national company after two failed appointments - no show and no call until after the appointment. There was a significant difference in price between the two quotes (the local firm quoted 50% more) and Shadow Blinds offered a very professional measuring service and a detailed quote. The fitter was prompt, punctual, professional and respectful of our house. Everyone I dealt with delivered great customer service and I recommend this company.

New blinds fitted to holiday home.

Needed to update 5 blinds so visited the showroom to make an appointment for fitting and view their fabric & style choices. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Then both the visit by Sean to measure and quote, and the fitting a week later by Rab went smoothly and I’m delighted with new blinds. Would recommend Shadow highly.
