From my first phone call contact to make a home appointment service impeccable. Always on time. Sean not a pushy salesman brought plenty samples, listened to what I wanted, advised what & was not available, measured gave quote. Advised when it would be delivered & fitted.paid deposit there & then & given a receipt. Communication from ladies in office spot on.less than 2 weeks from beginning to end.Fitter Kevin arrived on time, I explained of a complication with kitchen window, he was also very knowledgeable & gave a resolve. Will get them back after Christmas for kitchen. Delighted with my new perfect fit blind & quality of product. Entire team very professional, communication first class, entire experience pain free, all this without a visit to the showroom! This was important to me as I am a very busy full time working person.

We were moving into a new build house and from the day we first visited Shadow Blinds we could not have been happier. Cody and Denise were so helpful guiding us through the amazing selection of blinds, liaising with our builders to get access to the property to measure up and the installation team did a fantastic job on moving day. Most of our blinds are motorised and everyone has been so helpful helping us understand how to programme the blinds and coming back to the house when I had issues (which were down to me not the blinds!). Thoroughly recommend this company who really deliver great customer service.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Shadow blinds. Sean came to measure and was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me make decisions for a lot of windows! Mark came and put up blinds in every room today and was so friendly and helpful. It was so quick too! The blinds are amazing especially the allusion blind in our kitchen and the blackout blind in our babies room. We’re going to get another set for our own room! Great quality and great service. Would 100% recommend.

We have used Shadow Blinds for several years. They have a great selection to choose from and nothing is too much trouble. We did have an issue with one of the blinds but this was rectified with absolutely no issue. The service received from both the staff in the shop and the fitters was excellent. The fitters came prepared with shoe and floor coverings. Would highly recommend this company.

After a bad experience with a different company I have used Shadow blinds for the last 6 years and in two houses and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Two very pleasant and professional fitters have just installed two large Velux blinds for me and I will be calling on the company again later in the year for Venetian blinds to match ones already installed by Shadow Blinds.

First visited the showroom in Glenrothes - was great to see the products on display and samples.
Sean came to the house to measure and take the order - did seem a bit rushed.
Mark came to fit all the blinds - he was very friendly and helpful.

I was unsure what I wanted so went to the showroom. I was greeted warmly and my thoughts and ideas listened too. With support and advice I chose the blinds without fuss and no pressure at all. The guy who came out to measure was also friendly and offered advice when I asked questions. The blinds came exactly when they said they would and were fitted to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use the company again as well as advise anyone looking for blinds to give this local company a try. The quality is fantastic.

Ordered our 6th Shutter Blind from Shadow Blinds. As previously work carried out at stated times and production within time frame. All staff from each area friendly and helpful. Fitting carried out professionally with absolutely no mess. Shutters match the rest of my windows… great product and great service. Would highly recommend this company.

Survey was carried out quickly and professionally. Communication excellent throughout quoting and order. Install crew arrived when agreed, were friendly and installed all products safely, to a high standard, removed and disposed of old blinds and tidied their work area.
