Taylor Joinery Services did an excellent job of replacing our ageing wooden window frames and French doors with smart, weatherproof uPVC replacements, matched exactly to the original style. We really appreciated Phil's experience and attention to detail and we felt we got a lot of good advice from the outset. The joiners took great care with all their work inside and outside the house, and were always happy to answer queries. We are delighted with the end result, thank you!

I’ve used RGM Heating many times for various jobs across my properties and have always found them excellent to deal with.

What stands out most for me is their honesty and willingness to do the right thing, which unfortunately isn’t something you can always say about companies in this industry.

They recently installed a new boiler at one of my properties. After a subsequent issue caused by a blocked pipe stack, they investigated it properly and identified that a vent should also have been fitted to the condensate pipe during the original installation. Rather than trying to avoid responsibility or make excuses, they were completely upfront about it and replaced the boiler with another brand-new unit.

They also went out of their way to help with my insurance claim, providing a clear root-cause report and boiler report to support it.

For me, that says a lot about a company. Problems can happen with any job, but it is how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters. RGM were honest, took responsibility and made sure everything was put right.

I use them regularly and will continue to do so. A trustworthy company that genuinely seems interested in doing the right thing for its customers. Highly recommended.

We used Infinite Heating Solutions first of all to repair a small leak that was causing our boiler to lose pressure. Trevor soon identified the problem and replaced the faulty bend in the pipework.
We liked Trevor’s work and really felt like he knew his business that we then used him to replace the water tank in our bungalow loft and fit a pump to boost our hot water pressure plus he converted some of our bathroom cold water to mains pressure.
All in all Trevor is a very good workman who knows his job. He’s polite and always on time.
We now use him for the annual boiler service.

Brilliant service, all workmen hardworking, courteous, and friendly. Work was done quickly and to our specifications and they tidied up so no mess left in or outside house.

I have a over grown willow tree that desperately needed to be cut back. I received several quotes, however Marc was the only one who physically put his hands on the tree, talked about the strength and health of the tree and considerations of the weight distribution of parts of the tree that were to remain.

He provided an honest assessment and explained clearly how he would approach the work.

On the day of the work Marc arrived on time, was always polite, professional and focused on the job at hand and got on with the work.

Once Marc had completed the work, he and his colleague cleaned up leaving my garden in the same way they found it.

Given how easy Marc made the process, how effective and reliable he was at carrying out the work I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to get trees cut back.
