Had a new extractor fan fitted in En suite after previous one failed.
From booking to fitting service was efficient and friendly. Have used GSM previously and always had good service

The job was a full replacement of tiles, fascia, soffit, gutters, tongue and groove cladding, and a refurb of a canopy over the side door. All the work was carried out with great attention to detail to leave a first class finish. Throughout the project they cleaned up at the end of every working day, and at the very end every new panel, the windows, and frames were cleaned down to leave an as new result. The onsite team themselves were a very friendly bunch and were always happy to discuss the project with us as it progressed. They also took on some additional bits of work as they cropped up. Overall Roof & Fibre are a great team of people to work with.

We had a new smart meter fitted which damaged our off peak water supply so we had no hot water Steve came found that the Emersion heater was damaged came quickly &fixed it at a very reasonable price would recommend him.i will certainly use him again.

Iain came to the house and took measurements and discussed various options without any hard sell. His pleasant and easy-going nature made the process very comfortable. The price quoted was transparent, with no hidden extras, and matched exactly what I paid upon completion. Following Iain’s visit, Ross and Scott arrived to fit the windows and doors. They did an outstanding job, installing the windows on the first day and the doors on the second. Their attention to detail was remarkable; they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and worked both swiftly and efficiently. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and the overall experience.

I've had my windows and doors for about a month now, and I wanted to wait before submitting a review to ensure my feedback was accurate. I can confidently say that I am absolutely delighted with the results. My home is now draught free with windows I can open without using a stool!

Appointments were made with a time and named person. Workers were prompt, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. Both jobs done, a new fuse box and an electric charger were fitted neatly.

Same day repair for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink - called in the morning, repair completed by 4pm. Brilliant customer service, repairs done quickly and full clean down afterwards. Cannot recommend them enough. The plumber was super polite and friendly. Will 100% use these guys again.

Annual hedge cut, removal of dead section and stumps then gap filled with new plants. Posts and a section of fencing also installed for security and privacy until the new plants establish and fill out. Highly professional job and place left immaculate as always.

Team were exceptional. Accommodating me for some urgent work, which was done quickly and above my expectations.
