Absolutely great job done by Kev got in touch with him the night before, appointment made for the next day and he kept in touch telling me when he would be arriving -will definitely use him again

I've used Kev a couple of times for landlord checks, his communication is great, he's friendly, reliable and does a good job for a fair price. I'll definitely be using him again.

Allan, fitted three new fence posts to our existing fence.
He responded rapidly to our request for a quote, came to the house, viewed the job and gave us a verbal quote there and then.
He followed this up with a written quote, agreed a mutually suitable time and day to complete the work.
The posts were fitted t our complete satisfaction and the path was left in immaculate condition.

Standard of work was excellent. Guys worked very hard and were really good at problem solving on a not so straightforward job.
Their attitude was excellent and they worked well with the other trades who were onsite at the same time. Job completed on time and they tidied up thoroughly afterwards.

New Roof to Bungalow (2733 sq.ft)

We were fortunate to request a quote from Martin and his team, the quote provided proved to be the same price as two other companies. The deciding factor was the way Martin engaged with us and his professionalism, the business being part of the Trusted Trader Scheme and the 25 year warrenty.

At the outset Martin estimated that the work would need 6 weeks to complete, the team was off site in 5 ½ weeks. The team that was here the majority of the time, Conner, Shaun and Ivan, working in some very cold weather; were themselves always professional and willing to explain what they were doing.

The bungalow now looks like a new property, with a watertight roof that is guaranteed for 25 years.

We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

New door purchased and installed, great service from start to finish. Scott fitted the door and was extremely polite, respectful and diligent in his work, thank you Scott! Price was good and competitive, will use the team again!

The fence along the bottom of our garden had been damaged by wind a while ago and was pretty rickety. Allan’s guys did a great job of replacing it. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The new fence is really sturdy and looks great.

KD Electrical Maintenance installed multiple lights throughout our home. Kevin was punctual, professional, careful with our walls and ceilings and made sure each light was positioned exactly where we wanted them. The house is spotless and he tested everything before leaving. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great value. I would hire KD Electrical Maintenance again for sure.
