New windows and door in a double garage as well as replacement fascia roofline and guttering.
The work was of an exceptionally high quality, completed on time, and the site was left in immaculate condition.
There was good communication throughout. Absolutely reliable.

We cannot recommend Patrick Higgins Joinery highly enough. From the moment he started dismantling our old decking completing our new composite deck, his workmanship was absolutely first class.

His attention to detail is incredible - he is a genuine perfectionist and take enormous pride in every aspect of his work. Nothing was too much trouble, and the finished result has exceeded all our expectations.

He was completely reliable, worked tirelessly, and kept everything neat and tidy throughout the project. At the end of each day, the area was left spotless, which was hugely appreciated.

From beginning to end I found the PTree team polite and accommodating and efficient. We had two leaks in our property.
We contacted Lee on 23 June 2026 asking if he help.
Lee got back saying he could come on 24 June 2026 between 15:00-17:00.
Lee arrived as promised sorted the two leaks, leaving no mess behind.
The charges for his services were very reasonable.
Couldn't ask for a better service.
Will certainly use Lee again.

Gas boiler replacement
I have used Lcom gas for several years always found them to be reliable and efficient and cost given upfront . It was recommended to replace gas boiler due to age and cost of repair required told me the options and cost of boilers he installs but no sales pressure. Arrived on time tidied up when finished showed me how the new boiler works friendly and reliable highly recommend and will continue to use this company

Lee is the best plumber/gas engineer i have known, he knows his trade inside out, I would always get l com gas to do my jobs if he's busy I'll wait till he's available.

Ryan installed an electronic timer switch to control my immersion heater. This was required following Scottish Power fitting a 'smart meter'. Ryan both supplied and fitted the timer switch. He completed the installation competently, and the work took less than 30 minutes. I would certainly hire him again and recommend him to prospective customers needing electrical work done.

We recently had our boiler serviced by Reece at RGM. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, i would definitely recomend. I shall be continuing to use RGM in the future. P.S the office ladies were lovely too and very helpful and friendly.
