I phoned Active Pest Solutions mid-morning as soon as I discovered the wasp nest. He was along by late afternoon and dealt with it quickly and effectively. I was worried that the wasps would come back but he promised to come back without charge if they did. No wasps since - a big relief!

I contacted Active Pest Solutions to ask about a wasp nest in my garden. Derek attended very quickly and explained what he planned to do. There were 2 nests and Derek used a spray on the nests. I have used the service several times over the last few years and would definitely recommend.

Noticed wasps entering and exiting in a gap under my garage roof tiles and realised it was the start of a nest. I decided to call out a pest control expert and I found Active Pest Control Solutions using Google. I gave them a call on Sunday and spoke to Derek and he said he would come out the next day and have a look. True to his word he arrived the next day and on examining the garage roof confirmed it was a nest. He then said he would do the job while he was here. He sprayed the area with an insecticide powder several times. This did the trick as the wasps never returned. Derek also said if he had to be called out for the same job again there would be no charge. He was a very pleasant and polite person and I would definitely use his services again.

Derek did a great job. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Most importantly he knew where our rat was living and managed to catch it . He did other measures in case there were more. But there was only one - so happy!! Professional, effective and didn’t break the bank. Would definitely recommend them, great company.

Derek was very good. He gave me very good advice and made me feel everything was ok. I thought I had a wasps nest but it was bees. You are not supposed to destroy these so he made me feel confident that it was ok.
