Called late morning and Derek came out the same afternoon. Assessed the problem, left traps. Called me to check if anything had been caught, before I'd had chance to call him. Came back, removed everything. Really great, friendly, professional service from the start, would definitely recommend. Not expensive either.

This company came to clear cluster flies. Derek was efficient and informative. He explained what he was doing and why and made himself available, if needed again, in the next couple of weeks, in the unlikely event that the flies come back. However, he was very thorough and doesn't expect to be needed. Very reasonable charge.

I am very pleased with the work Derek carried out and the job was very reasonably priced. He is a very nice man and I would not hesitate to recommend him. The job was bird-proofing.

Was delighted with service, a very helpful and polite gentleman who attended. He just couldn't do enough to help.

I have had a large wasps nest eradicated. Derek was working on one next door and was very obliging when asked if he could also remove mine which he did. Extremely satisfied with his work and would not hesitate in using him again and recommending him to others.

We had field-mice coming into the kitchen through the dishwasher waste pipe inlet, and they were chewing up the hose.
Mr Goodwin set instant-kill traps and showed us where to cover the ventilation grills with mouse-mesh. He also advised us to move the squirrel feeder away from the back wall to discourage the mice.
A week later there was no sign of them.
Very highly recommend this gentleman, who is efficient, knowledgable, and polite and friendly. Well done.
