Derek came quickly, arrived on time, worked hard laying traps, explained the process and most importantly caught two moles. He is pleasant to work with and his fee was very reasonable. If we have any more moles, Derek will be the first person I call.

I called APS and asked Derek if he would come out and deal with a wasp nest in our roof. He promised to come out in the afternoon and quoted his price. In the event, he came out within an hour and sprayed the nest. He said if the wasps returned after two days to let him know and he would come out again with no charge.

Had a serious wasp problem in my mothers house, so I called Active Pest Solutions and spoke to Derek Goodwin who said he would be out to see us in 2 to 3 hours. Derek came out on time that he said and solved our problem. Great service.
