Derek came out extremely quickly to check my garage. Laid down multiple mousetraps and also checked my kitchen to put my mind at rest. He was very understanding and even moved a couple of garden boxes for me and emptied them as he recognised I was anxious. He couldn't have been more helpful.
He returned a few days later when he was sure that was the issue dealt with, but said he would leave the traps for a few more days for me to be reassured.

I had a wasp nest in loft space under roof tiles. APS attended as and when stated and eradicated the problem first time.

Have used APS to resolve a wasp problem. He did the job well.

Excellent, came round within 2 hours of request and dealt with wasps nest under eaves of bungalow.

Phoned 16:40 - arrived 18:45 (!!) from base 20 mins away. Wasps gone in 24 hours. Very good service.

Hard to fault

I had previously telephoned two other firms but they couldn't deal with my pest problem until two or three days later.
Mr Godwin was contacted at 11:00am and turned up at 5:00pm. Excellent service!
