Derek came out extremely quickly to check my garage. Laid down multiple mousetraps and also checked my kitchen to put my mind at rest. He was very understanding and even moved a couple of garden boxes for me and emptied them as he recognised I was anxious. He couldn't have been more helpful.
He returned a few days later when he was sure that was the issue dealt with, but said he would leave the traps for a few more days for me to be reassured.

Hard to fault

I had previously telephoned two other firms but they couldn't deal with my pest problem until two or three days later.
Mr Godwin was contacted at 11:00am and turned up at 5:00pm. Excellent service!

Received excellent service from this company. Derek cleared up after a problem with seagulls at my chimney pots and put gull spikes up to eliminate any further problems.
