New house fitted with plastic plumbing pipes that were perforated by mice. Traps laid and five mice caught. Hopefully problem solved.

Derek provided expert knowledge, was very helpful and appears to have relieved me of my mouse problem.

I needed to have a wasp nest dealt with. He arrived the same day and sprayed the nest with the chemical. It just took a couple of minutes. He said to let him know if they came back - if it was within a couple of days he would re-spray and would not charge me. I have not needed to call him back.

Pleasant person and completed task to our satisfaction but could improve his communication to let us know what he had done and when he intended to return.
