I have never experienced such stellar customer service, they were kind and understanding and knowledgeable all throughout the experience.

I had problems with mice in the walls and loft. They organised a visit promptly, and advised me comprehensively on all the relevant factors to a mouse infestation, then commenced with 3 weekly treatments of rodenticide. After 3 weeks they packed up, but the mice in the walls were back literally the next day.

When I spoke to them about it, they very generously offered to continue the treatment free of charge!

It took ~2 months, but the mice are all gone for now.
Unfortunately I was advised that in my particular housing configuration (mid-terraced) and near a large field, that mice will inevitably find their way back in at some point, maybe in weeks or if I'm lucky months or years. With a minimum 3 treatments, if you are likely to have recurring mice problems like me, I am not sure it is good value for money to use any service compared to trying to treat things yourself, but in all other situations, I would highly recommend Tae A Moose!
