I decided to get my boiler serviced and the Smart Gas heating engineer gave me a running commentary of my boiler and told me exactly how I can get the best use of it. While he was in my kitchen he also fixed a leak underneath my kitchen tap. He was both friendly and very helpful. This man clearly enjoys his job and he's very very good at it. I could not have asked for a better service.

Fitter even tightened the toilet roll holder. Would have given top marks but had been a few visits to get this finally visited and still wasn’t the cheapest for labour. Engineers are friendly and clear up.

Boiler issue - attended the next day and resolved - excellent customer service as always.

Boiler service and replacement and repositioning of radiator. Great quick service, tidy and no fuss.

This is the third time I have asked Smartgas to do some work for me, and they've continued their trend of reliable and dependable plumbing work. They installed and moved some radiators in my house, and the plumber kept everything tidy, kept me informed, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Definitely can't ask for more, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Boiler servicing. This is the third year we've had Smart Gas Solutions back. They remind us annually when the service is due and have friendly staff who arrive on time and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

SmartGas have made a few changes to our heating system and they service our boiler every year. They're very responsive to enquiries, they give a price upfront, they turn up on time and they do a good job. Can't really ask for much more. Thoroughly recommended.

Gas fire disconnected and removed from fireplace.
Friendly and efficient on the phone job arranged within 24 hours of contacting and done within a week. Very friendly and efficient plumber/ engineer cleaned up would definitely use Smartgas again.

The ball cock in the upstairs toilet needed replaced It was built in so tiles etc needed to be carefully removed and replaced

Job was to fix a leak in my cistern just before Christmas holidays. The appointment was convenient, the plumber arrived on time, fixed the leak efficiently and was polite and helpful. Recommended.
