First time user - discovered a wasps nest in my garden. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff on the phone and Craig was with us an hour later, dealing with and then removing the nest. Fast and efficient service from start to finish - even the detailed report of the work done with photos included.

Investigating and eradicating mice.
They were thorough and informative, They were polite, and knowledgable and explained where the mice were getting in, and carried out procedures to eradicate the problem, all the while explaining what they were doing and why.

I had a massive rat infestation from a farmers wheat field behind the house, they got into the walls/loft/underfloor and caused around 15-20k damage by chewing plastic water pipes-electric wires, finally they started chewing through walls into the house, enough was enough and I realised my own efforts to control were not working.
I called 'Tae a Moose' , the response was helpful friendly and rapid, they efficiently and quickly resolved the problem and I now appear to be rat free inside and out, I am sure that after the next harvest some will return, but I now have everything I need to resolve the problem, .... Tae a moose's phone number, .... one call and I know the rats will be in rapid retreat.

Suspected vermin outside my flat - scratching noises against the wall. Pest control attended very quickly and were thorough in their inspection.
No trace of rats/mice was found but I was given advice on making the property more secure.

Brian came at the time specified and spent a long time examining our sofa to try and locate the biting culprits. He gave us good advice as to what to do next as we couldn't find anything visible. We talked a lot about other causes for biting things.

Tae A Moose attended for treatment of mice within a domestic dwelling. They arranged a first visit very quickly and kept me updated on arrival time. Craig did a thorough search to assess where and how mice were getting into the property. After 4 visits the battle appears to have been won! A report was sent after each visit outlining findings and action taken. I was very happy with the services provided and the cost. I would highly recommend Tae A Moose for anyone having similar issues with mice infestation.
