Great service from Tae a Moose. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Initial call to book removal of a potential wasp nest after a allergic reaction to a sting was straightforward. Craig, the specialist who attended property was excellent. He thoroughly checked for live nests and explained wasp behaviours. Highly recommend this service.

Had them come out to look at some wasp nests in our guttering and roof. Guy who came on the first day did not have the ladders to do the roof nest but did treat the gutter one. Follow up visit dealt with the roof nest. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and asked good questions. Treatment reports were sent out promptly alongside the invoice and the rate was very reasonable. Has been over a week now and problem seems to be dealt with.

I thought I had wasps nest and contacted company at 1530. They replied at 1700 and we're very friendly and helpful.Arranged for technician to come at 1230 the following day and they arrived on time.Very frirndly and identified and dealt with problem quickly and efficiently.Excellent service.

Arrived promptly the same day to attend to a wasp nest in our loft, explained what he was going to do in a friendly and courteous manner, left no mess. Also offered to return within 2 days if any reoccurrance, there wasn't but reassuring to know. Would definitely recommend.

I was worried that I had a wasp's nest in my attic.Contacted the company at 1530 and had a reply by 1700.Lady on phone was very polite and very helpful.Asked a number of questions to get a good idea of the problem(and possibly save me money) before arranging a visit by a technician for 1230 the following day.Brian arrived bang on time and was very polite and identified the problem immediately(Wasp nest in the roof)He kept me fully informed of the whole process and quickly carried out remedial action.

I had an issue with a wasps bike in my roof space at home I emailed Tae a mouse in the morning got a quick response with a competitive price and had the bike removed that afternoon safely and professionally I would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anyone a great service thank you again.

Saw one mouse in our kitchen - bought bait which the mouse (mice?) just ate and ate. Called Tae a Moose after 2 weeks. Craig came out and found evidence of droppings in kitchen and next door utility room. He set bait under kitchen units and in utility room and came back 3 weeks later to check because we were away in between. Craig had told us that he'd likely have to make 3 visits to ensure all vermin was eradicated but there was no trace of renewed activity anywhere so we were happy for him to sign the job off. Delighted with the service and would definitely use again if needed.

I called Tae a moose pest control services Ltd because I had a wasp nest just above my entrance door. Their response time was excellent, their man came in less than 48 hours, which was impressive! He was very polite, very well prepared and safety conscious. He checked for any other possible entrance to the nest, then treated the area swiftly and cleanly. He was very professional throughout whilst keeping a kind and friendly manner. Super chap. Problem solved
