Really satisfied by the service provided by William replacing the mortice lock on our front door for a new 5 lever one. The job turned out to be more complicated than it seemed initially, but William took the time to find the best solution. He made sure to explain everything very carefully and clearly throughout and to show me exactly what he was doing. He was very friendly and chatty throughout. Would happily recommend him to anyone and have him back for any issues in the future!

Replace lock on internal front door which was connected to our alarm system. - not an emergency.
William came next day and although he said he could repair our lock, we chose to have a new one as the original lock was 70 years old. He had a new lock in his van and was able to replace immediately.

I called William on a Sunday for some urgent lock replacements.There was no call out charge despite this, just an hourly rate and parts. He came at the agreed time and undertook the job quickly and professionally for the quoted price. Absolutely excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend

Front door lock stopped working with key stuck in it. Albany locksmith arrived promptly, took lock apart and got key out, he couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a years guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend.

Had issue with rear door locking. Lock required to be replaced. Phoned 3pm, sorted within 48 hours. Very friendly and would use again. Would recommend to friends and neighbours.

I couldn't lock my front door on a Friday late afternoon. Called Albany Locksmiths as we'd used them before. William turned up within 20 minutes and identified the problem. Unfortunately he had to order the new part which took a few days but he came back and fitted it straightaway. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend and use again.
