The ball cock in the upstairs toilet needed replaced It was built in so tiles etc needed to be carefully removed and replaced

Smart Gas are a very good company with very high standards. They are customer focused. My favorite engineer is Jason. He is a great ambassador for their business. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best heating engineers I have ever met; polite, calm, professional, patient, tidy and always on time. Mark is one of the directors who is my contact. He is always willing to help. He always responds quickly. Smart Gas are not cheap nor are thay expensive. I belive you get what you pay for. With Smart Gas you peace of mind. I trust them and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Had existing Combi boiler replaced with a Worcester 32CDi boiler complete with magnetic filter & smart remote control. Excellent planning and boiler selection advice upfront from Mark during survey visit, then honoured the requested day and the price quote. On the day Michael, supported part time by Jason, did a fantastic job, hiding all pipework behind kitchen units, working around a couple of challenges, clearly explaining everything and being very tidy in clean-up and complete removal of old kit. Also great support from the SmartGas office team with queries and assistance. SmartGas is a very professional outfit and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We have used Smartgas Solutions three times recently linked to a property move. They offer a prompt, friendly and efficient service at reasonable value for money.

I contacted Smartgas to replace two radiators, they were very quick in responding and in a few days they came home, evaluated the work and sent an estimate that I found reasonable.
