Smart Gas replaced a defective toilet for me. The plumber arrived exactly on time and carried out the work very professionally.Cleared away everything when the job was complete. Happy to recommend and will use again.

Smartgas replaced my gas boiler and installed a new radiator. This was not a simple task as the boiler and flue are located in a small loft-space above the bathroom in my flat. I was worried that there might have to be significant cut-outs made in the walls and ceiling to gain access. However, Jason and the team (Chris, William, Kyle) did a fantastic job; they were great at thinking through pragmatic solutions and all the components were installed very neatly with minimal disturbance to the ceiling and walls. They were also very tolerant of my questions, polite and professional. I would also like to thank Mark for his 'can-do' attitude when surveying the job, and his quick response to my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with how it all went.

Quote produced very quickly after supplying photos. Mark then arranged for the work to be done three days after. Jason carried out with no problem, apply assisted by Kyle who was on a taster day. Happy experience from start to finish.

We had a boiler service and a couple of damaged towel rails. Smartgas came out quickly, offered a solution which didn’t require new towel rails and did the work quickly. Jason was courteous, did the work to a high standard and left the rooms clean. The bill was very reasonable and in distinction to a quote for three times as much from a rival company who were unable to source standard towel rail brackets! I highly recommend Smart Gas.

Old central heating system boiler replaced with new Worcester Bosch system gas boiler

A first class service from SmartGas Solutions Group Ltd. who installed our new Worcester Bosch gas boiler. Prompt visit and quotation from David and the installation was carried out by Jason two weeks later. Highly recommended.

Smart Gas team were very efficient and tidy. Central heating has been transformed with new radiators, new boiler and re-piping old 8mm pipes.

Highly recommended service that impressed from the first phone call to completion of works. Very quick response through email communication, site visit was completed within days and new boiler was installed within a period of 10 days. Communication through the duration of the works went above and beyond expectations.

Special note on the craftsmanship of the joinery work completed and how tidy the place was left upon completion.

Just had boiler serviced by SmartGas. Find them a really good, efficient helpful company and reasonably priced.

They fitted the boiler for me a year ago-service then was also excellent.
