Smart Gas are a very good company with very high standards. They are customer focused. My favorite engineer is Jason. He is a great ambassador for their business. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best heating engineers I have ever met; polite, calm, professional, patient, tidy and always on time. Mark is one of the directors who is my contact. He is always willing to help. He always responds quickly. Smart Gas are not cheap nor are thay expensive. I belive you get what you pay for. With Smart Gas you peace of mind. I trust them and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Have used their services twice in the past year, both times their engineer (Gary) was reliable, friendly, and exceptionally helpful, and all this with a fair pricing policy. Would use again without hesitation.

Had existing Combi boiler replaced with a Worcester 32CDi boiler complete with magnetic filter & smart remote control. Excellent planning and boiler selection advice upfront from Mark during survey visit, then honoured the requested day and the price quote. On the day Michael, supported part time by Jason, did a fantastic job, hiding all pipework behind kitchen units, working around a couple of challenges, clearly explaining everything and being very tidy in clean-up and complete removal of old kit. Also great support from the SmartGas office team with queries and assistance. SmartGas is a very professional outfit and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

called the company Saturday morning as boiler break down, no heating or hot water. Fast response, fault diagnosed and part ordered. repair to baxi back boiler to replace condensate pump and p.c.b. engineers spot on.

We have used Smartgas Solutions three times recently linked to a property move. They offer a prompt, friendly and efficient service at reasonable value for money.

I contacted Smartgas to replace two radiators, they were very quick in responding and in a few days they came home, evaluated the work and sent an estimate that I found reasonable. Two weeks after accepting it two engineers came home to do the work, they were professional, efficient and left everything clean and hoovered up.

Really pleased with the work this company has carried out, adding an additional tall radiator. Mark gave me good advice on which radiator to install, and their quote was competitive. The work was carried out promptly and the fitters were friendly and respectful of my home.

I had a new flush mechanism fitted and also a leaky bath tap fixed. Gary was excellent, very friendly and professional. Due to the shape of the cistern a standard part wouldn't fit correctly so he ordered a new part and came back to instal it and only left when he had checked everything was working properly. I have every faith in him and would definitely call them again for other work.
