Our flat roof had a leak, Patrick quickly identified the problem, gave a competitive quote explaining clearly the work that needed to be carried out. He completed the work on an agreed date and since then there has been very heavy rain but the problem has been rectified with no more leaks. Thank you Patrick, your help is very much appreciated.

Patrick was communicative in advance, rechecking booking ok, kept updated on arrival time. Texts, email. Did job efficiently with minimal fuss and no mess left. Emailed day after with link to a payment platform to pay direct by card or bank account, all as you would expect from a professional. Offered to get in touch a year later to check if needed again so I don't need to remember. Thanks Patrick.
