Small leak from gutter that I could not solve, quickly diagnosed by Patrick, returned the following day and fixed with new part, turned up when he said he would. My neighbour recommended Patrick, I will continue to use.

Found jackdaws’ nest in chimney of my new flat and Patrick came immediately as new fireplace blocking off chimney due to be installed next week. He is capping my chimney and estimate so reasonable now capping chimneys of all nine flats!

I am really pleased with the roof repair and roof maintenance I had completed by Roof Fix Services. The work was completed in a clean and timely manner and Patrick is very customer focussed, ensuring you understand what work needs completing, how that work will be done and the timescales to be worked within. Roof fix services were engaged to fit plastic dry verge units to a section of roof verge. Instead of fitting the verge units with the top face of the units flush with the tiles they fitted the units incorrectly leaving large gaps between the units and the tiles (see photo), totally compromising any weatherproofing. I personally have difficulty believing that they had any previous experience in doing this type of work and I had to have them come back to remove the units before I had them refitted correctly by another company.
My advice to anyone considering using this company for any particular work would be to get a reference from someone who has had them do that type of work before.

Sweeping of 2 chimneys in our bungalow. Arrived right on time. Workers wore overshoes & masks, kept distance and cleaned up after themselves. Offered to send an annual reminder for next sweep without commitment to use their company.

Contacted Roof Fix Services in relation to a faulty/blocked gutter in a remote section of my tenement roof. This was a persistent issue resulting in water ingress.
They were very quick to respond and scheduled a visit the following day. Upon arrival they worked quickly and effectively, showing me photos of the job once complete.
I would highly recommend using this firm for any roofing work going forward.

Mr. Murphy responded very swiftly to my inquiry, came immediately to assess the damage on my roof, and e-mailed a quote to me the same day.
On the date arranged, he and his colleague turned up - polite and punctual as always - and completed the work speedily, neatly and efficiently.
I have now used Roof Fix Services several times and they would always be my first choice. I can heartily recommend Mr. Murphy and his team.

Complications with our roof leaks meant 2 return visits from Patrick and his colleague. Polite,helpful and reliable on all contacts and returned promptly to revisit the problems. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately at the time I attended the job the materials ordered did not fit correctly, I did however try to fit them as a temporary measure until I was able to order and fit the correct size of verge units. As there was a two-week delay in receiving the correct units I can understand the customers' frustration. Given the opportunity I would have returned and fitted the correct units at no extra cost to the customer and completed the job to my usual high standards.
In retrospect I should have communicated the issue more clearly to the customer and will ensure that this situation does not occur in the future.
I recognise that on this occasion I failed to meet the high standards of work that my customers expect.
