New Town Renovations built a Garden Room for us, they have been excellent from start to finish, very happy with the service, quality and cost, our builder Alan was very helpful and a really nice guy to deal with.

I had my shed converted into an office, full decoration of my new house including electrics.

I honestly cannot recommend Newtown Renovations enough. From the minute they completed the quote I was updated daily on who would be arriving and the jobs that would be completed that day.

Everything has been completed to an exceptional standard and I couldn't be happier with all the works that were carried out.

Having had Newtown Renovations a few months ago to install an ensuite shower room, and having been pleased with their work, I asked them to insulate the roof above a ground floor extension. As with the previous job, the work was undertaken at the time agreed and the team members were polite and efficient.

We contacted Newtown Renovations in search of a joiner that could repair our broken gate which is part of an Escape Room franchise. This was a large job and after contacting numerous other joiners, we decided to use this company and are glad we did.

Sadly the gate broke for a second time due to customer misuse and they came out incredibly quickly to once again resolve the problem and further secure it from people attempting to break out of an Escape Room. We are very grateful for the communication speeds and work completed and would highly recommend them.

Jonathon and his team are dedicated to ensure their customers are completely satisfied - even when customers change their plans! Our bathroom tongue and groove woodwork had many brown spots bleeding through the white paint in spite of three times treating the knotholes over the years. The bathroom looked tired. The stone walls round the window in the shower area gathered condensation. Jonathon advised adding an extra lining of white upvc tongue and groove wall boarding which kept the same "old" effect. The new white glossy reflective surface brightened the bathroom up immensely. White wallboards continued at the small window in in the shower area. The wallboards also insulated the walls so that the bathroom retained its heat during the night.
Newtown Renovations also repainted the house windows, indoors, and outside to protect against weather damage. They also repainted the front door and replaced the weathered brass letterbox and handle with superior glinting brass work. The door now looks brand new though 9 years old.
All the workmen were polite, friendly, and experts in their trade. Our slightest extra request was granted. They were careful with the furnishings eg the painter David wrapped the long white curtains at the window with polythene sheeting to protect them .We didn't have to take the pole and curtains down.
We are very old but the whole experience was made easy for us.

Workmanship excellent, we were kept fully updated throughout and they left the job completely tidy.

We have just had Newtown Renovations back to our house for a second time. They initially replaced replaced our old windows for new sash & case (double glazed).

There service from start to finish was faultless, the staff were super friendly, extremely efficient and communicated well. Jonathan even organised for window cleaners to come after they had been painted.

The team have just left today having completed panelling in our Victorian home along with bespoke fitted wardrobes. I am delighted with the finished result.

Absolutely professional from start to finish, both in attitude and the very high standard of work carried out in fully refurbishing sash windows at my flat. The team were punctual, cleaned up thoroughly, were considerate of my own work schedule, and totally reliable. Communication was excellent, as was attention to detail, and great care was taken to get the results I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending them (I already have) and I will ask them to do further work for me, including a kitchen renovation, and new bookcases.

I would recommend Newtown Renovations to anyone needing quality joinery work completed. I needed the kitchen floor replaced after a flood and new wardrobe doors fitted. Campbell and Adam replaced the floor with no mess left for me to clean up, Campbell returned and fitted the wardrobe doors at a later date assisted by Reece again no mess. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I will definitely use Newtown Renovations in the future.

We contracted Newtown Renovations to do a complete remodel of our bathroom and partial remodel of our kitchen in our Victorian tenement style flat. This included plumbing, electrical, plasterboard, joinery tiling, decoration, remediation of water damage, and window installation.

All the works were carried out to an incredibly high standard, with excellent craftsmanship from all the workers. Great communication from Jonathan, Campbell, and the whole team, who were very helpful with selecting materials and fixtures, finding solutions to problems, etc. I would recommend Newtown to anyone considering similar projects, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any work on our flat in the future.

We cannot praise this company highly enough. Newtown Renovations really gave us a professional, first-class service from beginning to end. The job involved replacement of some timber-framed sash and case windows with double glazed versions, and some windows renovated and draft-proofed. All were then painted.
The quality of the work was of an extremely high standard, and customer service, second to none. Protective furniture covers and flooring were provided, and professional cleaners came in at the end of each week.

Newtown Renovations replaced extensive rot in an elaborate Victorian lantern bay window. This involved placing a damp course above the stone lintel, replacing some 5m of sill, and patching in uprights without disturbing the fragile original glass. The workers were quick, efficient and careful, and attention to customer service by Jonathan Morrice was excellent, with careful explanations before the job started of what was involved, and good follow-up to ensure that we were happy with the end result. A nice touch was a thank you card! Whilst Newtown Renovations were certainly not the cheapest quote we had, their attention to detail and the quality of craftsmanship justified the additional price. I would certainly use again.

Various jobs carried out for our office consolidation - staff always attentive and help with all the little jobs we require.

Jonathon and his team at Newtown Renovations reconfigured the top floor of our house, moving walls to create two new rooms, replaced ceilings and cornice and installed a new shower room. They also renovated our utility room by installing kitchen units and tiled and plastered our vestibule. Any time you have people working in your house can be quite stressful but the communication with Jonathon and his team was excellent and went a long way to making the process as stress free as possible. My partner and I were very happy with the work and finish that was achieved. And where there were a few snags or issues to be resolved, Jonathon made sure that these were done and we were happy. We were very happy with the work in general but I think their joinery work was exceptional and deserves a special mention. I highly expect we will ask Newtown to do more work for us and I have already recommended them to friends.
