Newtown Renovations are fantastic, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Over the years Jonathon and his team have done an extension on our house, all our bathrooms and this summer have completed a garage conversion. From start to finish every person involved has been friendly, professional and perfectionist in their work. Great communication at all times and always reliable in making sure work is done well and on time. Their attention to detail is incredible and way beyond things that I would even notice. Absolutely delighted with the work done and more than happy to recommend Newtown Renovations.

Newtown recently did some work on our bathroom. We had discovered a long-term leak from our shower that had rotted two of the joists underneath the bathroom floor and had damaged the shower cubicle.

Jonathon and his team investigated and identified the cause of the leak, which helped us to make a successful insurance claim.

The repairs took 5 days and the joiners and plumbers who were in were very unobtrusive and caused the minimum of disruption for us while they worked. We were very happy with the quality of the work they did. They replaced the rotten joists, put in new flooring, repaired the shower cubicle and fitted a new tray and shower panelling. They showed us their progress at each stage of the work, and discussed with us our options whenever there was a choice to be made about how to proceed.

Once the job was complete Newtown provided a cleaning company to clean up after them.

We are very happy with the finished product and will be asking Jonathon for a quote later in the year to modernise the rest of our bathroom.

We initially engaged Newtown Renovations to reinstall sash and case windows in our 1930s bungalow. We were so impressed with the work that we asked them to quote for our single storey kitchen/diner extension.
While Newtown’s quote was at the higher end of our price scale their quote was comprehensive (we weren’t stung for a load of extras at the end of the build) and they agreed to do it in a shorter timeframe than our other quotes.
Throughout the build Jonathon kept us up to speed and any snags on the way were dealt with quickly. Everyone on the build was incredibly polite and kept the place tidy.
The build was completed on time and on budget (both hugely important to us) and is a great quality finish. We love our extension and have already recommended Newtown to anyone looking to do similar work.

At my family home we have had a range of services provided by this company and it's staff. In particular we have had window sash and UPC windows fitted and installed, along with general maintenance of the window mechanics. Other projects completed are general building and upkeep of our property, no job has been to big for this team of trades to complete with efficiency. I am currently looking to use Newtown Renovations for a basement conversion which I am sure will be done to a very high specification as usual.

Quick service and a good price. Very tidy work. The job was the supply and fitting of new window cords on sash and case windows.

Jonathon and his team replaced and refurbished several windows and installed loft insulation. I have no hesitation in recommending Jonathon and his team. The whole team provided an excellent service arriving promptly, being polite, hard working and cleaned the areas on completion. A good experience from start to completion. Jonathon and the team refurbished our Georgian Sash and Case windows and restored all the associated shutters that had been painted over decades ago.

All the work was done to a high standard by a great bunch of guys who always left the place nice and tidy at the end of each day.
