Jonathon and his Team provided an all trades service including, Joinery, Plastering, Electrical, Decorating and Installation of equipment. From the first point of contact communication was first class. A comprehensive Quote for all of the work was provided including start date and schedule. We had the guys fit new sash and case windows on a dormer for our client who we were installing a new roof for.

The client was proving to be very picky and in my opinion very hard to please however, he was delighted with the work carried out by Newtown Renovations.

Newtown Renovations refurbished and draft-proofed our sash-and-case windows, fitted engineered flooring in the hall and provided a highly experienced joiner for a week or so to carry out numerous repairs on our A-listed flat. Newtown Renovations undertook substantial repairs to my front porch, replacing rotted windowsills and side panels and resealing all the window panes before repainting all the woodwork.

They were efficient and courteous throughout. I was kept informed about progress and consulted about schedules so that I knew what was happening when. They checked everything was in order and that I was satisfied with the work before billing me.

We have contracted Newtown Renovations twice to renovate and draft-proofed most of the windows in our flat. When they did the windows at the back of the flat we were so pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service that when we could afford to get them back to do more we did.

We had our sash and case windows replaced in order to benefit from double glazing and improved insulation. The windows are excellent quality and an exact match for the Georgian / Victorian originals. In the past two years Newtown Renovations have designed and installed a new full kitchen, incorporating all relevant trades, along with new PVC front and back doors. The quality of all of the work was first class and excellent value for money as compared to other firms who were priced at the time for both jobs.

Throughout all of our dealings with Newtown we were very impressed, the nature of the work and associated disturbance, time scale etc, was accurately explained and we were very comfortable with the Tradesmen during the time they spent at our house.

We used Newton Renovations for a full refurbishment of the front door of a tenement flat. This included joinery, painting and fitting of new ironmongery. We had an extremely positive experience and felt that the team were professional, courteous and capable.

I would highly recomend using Newtown Renovations. They have completed an attic conversion for us and we absolutly love it. They have been very good at communicating with us throughout the work, explaining any changes that needed to be made, and when tradesmen would be in the house. All the people in the house were respectful and nice, and did their best to clear up after each day. They were understanding of everyday family life (as we have two small children under 3). The work has been completed to a high standard and quality. We would definitely use them again for other projects in the future.
