My mum needed a door frame fixed and a door re-hung in her home (which is a small job) but it wasn't treated like it was just another small job, Newton renovations really took care to do a great job and clean up everything perfectly afterwards. My mum was pleased that they gave a prompt and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Newtown took down a wall, built a kitchen and refurbished a bathroom in a 1969-built fiat in Edinburgh. About 3 months’ work overall, and a reasonable level of complexity. A great experience - genuinely a pleasure to work with them and their subcontractors. All work carried out predictably and to a high standard, efficient problem solving, snagging dealt with promptly, results overall exceeded expectations. Comms good throughout - always responsive, and willing to deal with snags out of hours on a couple of occasions when needed. Highly recommended - would use them again.

Fridge door not closing properly, hinges replaced and door adjusted. High standard of work, excellent result. Work done promptly. Good communication with/from admin team too.

Needed a couple of small joinery jobs done and was struggling to find anyone to do them. Jonathon was able to supply someone for an hour and the jobs were done to a high standard, with great care and attention. Hope to use them again for some larger window refurb jobs.

We have had wooden sash case windows restored and draft proofed and roof skylights installed through Newtown. They are consumate professionals who will do as they say will. We've used Newtown Renovations to get all the windows in our house renovated and double-glazed. We were so happy with the job that we kept going back to them for different things after that. We had a couple of rooms redecorated and wooden floors and doors renovated, among other things. They were very reliable and made sure things were done in time, to a high standard and the way we wanted it. Jonathon is really easy going and easy to talk to about little details. He is clear about the available options and things do get done the way you arrange with him. Great service!

We had new sash and case windows installed and painted at the front of our house and two sash and case windows overhauled and painted at the back of our house. Newtown were fantastic from the point of coming out to do the estimates to completion of the work. Communication was excellent - from owner to office staff to the team of workers who attended our house. They were reliable, kept us informed and were highly courteous, friendly and trustworthy.

I can only commend the quality and customer care that Jonathan and his team from Newtown Renovations produced when undertaking a 18 month refurbishment works on my Backpackers Hostel .

Newtown Renovations undertook to project manage the entire refurbishment from, clearing the Building, renovating approx 66 sash and case windows, forming new toilet facilities, replacing all doors ( approx 40 ) to allow us to fit keyless locks, repairing all floors, the fitting of an “industrial style Kitchen” for the use of approx 100 guests, and paint the entire property.

Logistically, this was a very difficult job to undertake due to the location and the premises being in a Common Stair , 77 steps up !!?
Newtown where extremely accommodating and considerate during the course of the works allowing us still to be open for customers.

I have used Jonathon and his incredible and professional team twice now and I am about to use them again. What I like about them is everything !!!!, they arrive and do a full survey, unlike a lot of traders you are then actually given a quote and they tell you roughly when you will receive it. They then actually turn up on the day that they advise calling you beforehand, the works are done to perfection and your home is protected fully whilst they are doing it. Anything minor they come across that is unforeseen you get a call to come see and discuss. I have just moved home and have had a hell of a time with either trying to get contractors and they then don’t follow up or I have had some pretty shoddy work done. This company Newtown Renovations have completely restored my faith in the professionalism of some traders and they have been nothing short of exceptional. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to anyone

We had a door adjusted and a mirror put up. They came out at short notice, were punctual, efficient and friendly and I would recommend them.

We had the guys fit new sash and case windows on a dormer for our client who we were installing a new roof for.

The client was proving to be very picky and in my opinion very hard to please however, he was delighted with the work carried out by Newtown Renovations.
