Andrew from Lumen Electrical Services Limited was very attentive, supplied detailed quotes and arrived on time to carry out the required work and repairs. We are happy with the completed work. Lumen Electrical swapped out our old electric oven for a new one, including installing new sockets and some wiring. All done efficiently and courtesy. Arrived on time, and bill charged was the amount quoted, no hidden surprises.

Urgent request during covid lockdown as no power in kitchen. Service excellent and no mess left. Used again the following week to instal an outside light. Again great job, completed quickly, no mess. Lovely guy and would highly recommend.

We had dry rot remedial work carried out which neccesitated disconnection and reconnection of most electrical services in the utility room. Lumen were exemplary in providing a quotation, liaison over site visits (which had to be co-ordinated with the dry rot specialist,plumber and plasterer) and the quality of the work carried out. Both electricians were very pleasant, efficient and left the site tidy .
This is the second time I've used Lumen and will definitely go to them first for any future electrical work.

I don't usually leave reviews. Most tradesmen are much of a muchness and giving 5 star reviews for what is in truth an average level of work isn't my style. But this company are a cut above. I had a security light fitted by them a couple of years ago. Recently it stopped working. It was within the warranty period, so I got in touch with them. They replaced the light no problem. Great service, very friendly. Highly recommended.

Andrew was very prompt at replying to my query and was available the same day. He arrived on time and was able to fix my problem wall lights on the spot. Andrew is personable, knowledgable and a tidy worker. I am very pleased with his service and am happy to recommend and use him again. His rate is good and his charge for equipment was very reasonable. So nice to have lights working in my kitchen again!

Absolutley perfect job.
Upgrade to new Mains box and installation of 4 Sun Ray Electric Radiators and a very high quality Terma Towel Ray Heater. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Nothing to tidy up afterwards. Great to get a talk through of the new Mains box and very pleased that that all the elements from the old Mains were now properly and sensibly wired. Very happy with the price, exactly as estimated and very reasonable.
Recommended from a friend and would recommend them to anyone else looking to get a high quality job at a fair price completed.

Lumen upgraded our outside lighting after we moved house. Andrew's initial site visit was helpful and he had some useful ideas. The job was done with cheerful efficiency on the day agreed and we are very happy with the finished result.
