We have been providing first-class, quality electrical services in Edinburgh for over 30 years and have recently expanded to Glasgow where we offer the same great electrical services. I had no experience of using this trader - selected by proximity to my home. The work carried out was a number of domestic electrical jobs - from replacing old fuse box, installing fairly heavy hall lighting lamps, external plug points, security lamp. I was absolutely delighted with the work carried out and the way in which it was done. The date of the job was quite soon after quote, the guys were superb - polite, courteous and good problem solvers (in the case of the hall lighting). They were tidy and careful. A great job done - I have just booked some more work with them. Thank you - you did exactly what I wanted without fuss or hassle.

Grant was the electrician who came to do the work. He arrived on the date as agreed and carried out the work to a very high standard. I have had a lot of bad experiences with some trades people in the past so was very happy to get the work done as arranged. Very happy with the quality, finish and reliability

I needed repair works to my chandelier which was not a straight forward job however from Simon discussing best access equipment etc to the works actually being completed was first class from start to finish. The two engineers Scott and Mackenzie were polite, professional, tidy and kept me informed throughout the works. I would have no hesitation in using and recommending Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions in the future.

I moved into a new property and Keith Gunn's electricians did a survey then carried out the fixes needed. They were great, talked me through what was going on in plain English and did a quick but quality job. They've already done a job for my dad too and I'll be using them again.

Very easy online booking system and electrician arrived at exactly the appointed time. He (don't know his name!) was professional and polite and outlined exactly what needed to be done and how he would do it. Very efficient and would highly recommend. I'm about to book again for another job that needs done.

A new consumer unit installed replacing the old fuse box which was in a very old location demanding the engineer to work in a small and restricted area. Also a replacement extractor fan installed to replace existing one. I was most impressed with the work put in and, once complete, cleaned and vacuumed the whole area.
The only minus point was that the original appointment was cancelled but I was informed immediately and a re-arranged day and time was offered which was acceptable.
Overall, very pleased.

Full replacement of stair lighting bulbs and reset of timer. The work was done quickly and as the the lighting system is now fairly old I was also given helpful advice as to what work may need done in the future.

I would definitely recommend Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions. I used them to fix the stair lighting in my tenement flat. Great customer service - friendly, responded to emails quickly & managed to get the job done in a matter of days even though they were busy. I would use them again if I needed any other work done in the future.

Delighted with the work undertaken. I had a bathroom extractor fan replaced which was very old and noisy. It was a job I had put off because I didn't know what it would involve or which company to use. I read the reviews on this site before contacting Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions and decided to make enquiries. I'm so glad I did as the work was completed efficiently, with care and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I have already made enquiries about the next job!
