I had a number of small electrical jobs done: plug points replaced with same but with integrated USB points; strip lighting under kitchen cabinets. The young electrician who attended was polite, respectful and his work was carried out to a high standard. I am entirely happy with the work and would certainly use Harkins & Vickers again. I would obviously recommend them to others.

Harkins and Vickers rewired my shower with excellent service from beginning to end - they were prompt, responsive, professional and courteous, and the work was completed without disruption and in the agreed timescales. I would happily use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Absolutely excellent service very efficient, professional, on time, friendly and extremely helpful. My only quibble would be the cost of over £400 for double sockets- including labour of course - which I totally appreciate- but it seems a bit steep for 2 hours work. But huge thank you!

The electrician (Pedro) arrived a few minutes early on the agreed day, and was friendly and approachable from the start.
We discussed where the cabling should go, and Pedro gave his opinion, whilst actively listening to my feedback. Then got on with the work.
Disruption was to a minimum even though he had to work across multiple rooms, and Pedro talked me through the work he'd done at the end, and repaired any points due to required drilling.
All-in-all one satisfied customer and the friendly and approachable electrician would make me recommend their services and use them again in the future.

We had a small job done - installation of a new socket. The pre-work discussion (by email) about how this could be carried out was quick and professional, and the electrician who installed the outlet was efficient, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. I would highly recommend Keith Gunn, and we will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.

The whole experience was great. We had a very small job installing a couple of light fittings, and the whole thing was done and dusted in less than 24 hours, from making contact to having the work complete. Keith Gunn responded really quickly with a very fair quote and were able to book someone in the following morning. The electrician was prompt, worked very quickly and tidily, and was a lovely guy.

I was so pleased with the quality and frindliness of the electrician on that job I asked Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions Ltd to replace the under counter lighting in our kitchen. Had some email exchange before booking an appointment, responses were always prompt.
The actual visit from the electrician was great as well, finished the installations were done well and finished earlier than estimated. The electrician was very polite as well and made sure everything was cleaned and put back into place when finished.

I had my induction hob replaced by a lovely engineer at Keith Gunn. I was recommended the company by a family member and was highly impressed with their speed of replying and efficiency with organising a slot to come out. Appreciate the fixed hourly rates so not a negative as such, but the whole service only took around 30 mins (which is brilliant!) but just makes the job quite pricey. However, they still came in far more competitive than one, and I'm sure other leading stores. Cannot fault any element of the service and will definitely use again!

This was a fairly straightforward repair to a wiring fault. However the electrician (Dan) arrived punctually, swiftly identified the problem and carried out an effective repair. He was very polite and friendly and left the premises immaculate. Would definitely use again in the event of a future problem.

I had a tricky job to replace a power board unit for complicated 'Ingo Mauer' hanging light unit (flickering flames). One call to Simon and Chris at Keith Gunn and the job was estimated and booked. Dan and Jamie turned up at 08:00 and completed the job within 90 minutes. This is my 6th job with Keith Gunn and each time they deliver. Always my first call for any electrical job in Edinburgh.
