Can’t fault their customer service, I had problem with the RCD tripping whenever the shower was on. Shower cable was tested and was ok, so to elimate the problem a new shower was installed, however problem still existed. Phoned to discuss problem and Chris came round the next morning and took time to fault find. Wire between pull cord and shower had suffered thermal damage and is scheduled to be replaced, for a small job it’s reassuring to know that great customer service still exists and somebody cares, I wouldn’t use anybody else

Added power circuit to attic room, extended lighting circuit and installed two vintage pendent light fittings to kitchen ceiling, assembled and installed 32 arm crystal chandelier to living room ceiling (ceilings 11ft high). Very good attention to detail, very clean and tidy. Workers turned up on time and were very nice and friendly. Office/management staff regularly in contact and very helpful at arranging visits.
Not necessarily the cheapest electricians in Edinburgh, but fast and reliable, and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely be using them for any further domestic electrical works.

Smoke alarms rewired and replaced . Very efficiently and promptly carried out. The workmen courteous and left everything tidy.

I was impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. They came out within two hours, were lovely and easy to deal with and fixed the problem efficiently.

My only 4 star is the value for money as it cost me £72 for a twenty minute job. However, the cost was similar to quotes I received from other electricians.

I had a floodlight fitted to front of my property by Keith Gunn Electrical solutions. The service was prompt, professional, efficient, friendly and tidy. The electrician who fitted the light said that I should ring him if I needed him to come and make any adjustments to the light and he’d be happy to pop by. I had a minor problem with the set-up initially and when I contacted the electrician, he gave me a clear and simple instruction which resolved it straight away.

The only reason that I gave a 4 rather than a 5 for service/product was that the although the floodlight was designed to last for some years, it failed after less than 2 years. However, this was a product failing rather than the fault of Keith Gunn. When I contacted Keith Gunn Electrical to tell them about it, they sent someone out the following day to replace the lighting unit under warranty, without charge. There was no quibble (although they said that if it failed prematurely again, I would need to contact the manufacturer directly). Again, the young electrician who came out was cheerful and friendly, quick and efficient. Although it was his last job on a Friday afternoon, he took time to make sure that the replacement device was set to my requirements.

I would definitely call upon the services of Keith Gunn Electrical in future if the need arose, and would have no problem recommending them.

First class service quickest and easiest way to get work done.
