Had an EICR carried out and there were a number of works needing done, including re-wiring of sockets, shower and a replacement fuse box. I was given a slot for the works in a really reasonable timeframe, and the work was carried out over 2 days. The engineers arrived on time, and although the work was messy (floorboards had to be lifted etc), they repaired and cleaned up afterwards. I was kept aware of what needed done and received my certificate promptly after the work was complete.

I had 5 electrical radiators installed across 2 new radial circuits, plus a new consumer unit and some additional sockets, this involved every room in the property. Ops manager Paul did a site visit to establish a clear plan of work and kept in touch during the project. Electricians Pete and Robbie completed the job over 2½ days and minimised disruption so I was able to work from home for most of the time. They had not dealt with this particular type of (fairly heavy) radiator before but were unfazed by the challenge. All the work was of a high standard.
Everyone I encountered at KGES was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Keith Gunn Electrical Services Ltd were asked to install a power supply for a new cooker. We needed the work done at quite short notice and they were able to do this — other quotes had lead times of up to 6 weeks.
On the day, the electricians worked out a solution which was much less disruptive than expected, and the work was completed smoothly. There was little mess and what there was got tidied up at the end. This was the first time we’d used this company and we’re impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff.

I used Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions when the extractor fan in my shower room broke - it's an internal room, so ventilation is crucial. The quote was extremely competitive, and most importantly they were able to send somebody round within only a few days (speed was vital for me as I was moving house soon after the fan broke). Something I thought would take weeks to sort was fixed in such a short time, which really made a difference to how stressful the situation was. The repair engineer was friendly and worked quickly, and I felt COVID-19 safe for the duration of the visit.

Contractor was professional reliable timely and efficient in their administration and organisation of the work and the Electrician provided great customer service and was extremely competent in in his work which was completed to a high standard. I was kept fully informed of progress throughout maintaining high standards and keeping to Covid guidelines.

Estimator came to quote for Installation of all required wiring ,sockets, light switches, spurs, and ceiling wiring for lights and extractor fan into bare cupboard being converted into ensuite bathroom. Also to upgrade main fuseboard with RCBO

Cant recommend them highly enough - I recently had some new lighting and electrical fixtures installed at my property and these guys did a great job.
Not only was the work done to a high standard but they were able to also advise on what fixtures would look best for each room as well.

The work was accomplished by experienced electricians who arrived at the appointed time, were polite, neat and unobtrusive, and wore face masks to comply with Covid restrictions. The job involved replacing ceiling lights, and installing a new wall switch operating four sets of lights. I was favourably impressed and thoroughly satisfied with the completed job.
