The directors of GW & JS Construction Ltd, have more than thirty years combined experience and expertise in the roofing & Building industry.
In October 2012 GW & JS Roofing LLP was established with partners Guy Wright (Guy Wright Ltd ) & Jason Staines (JAS Roofing Specialist Ltd), We’re delighted to say that things have gone from strength to strength and our new company was incorporated on 13th February 2014 and trading commenced from 1st July 2014.
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and acquaint you more fully with our services and facilities. Throughout our careers we have learnt that services and quality is every bit as important as price.
We appreciate our customers and believe we are big enough to matter and small enough to care. Our personal aims are to share our experiences over the past 30 years with valued customers and ensure our work is to 100% quality standards carried out by fully qualified tradesmen.
Our service is comprehensive; be it a slate repair, choked outlet or small re-roofing contract to felted, slated/tiled roofs and maintenance work.
We pride ourselves on quality of workmanship and firmly adhere to the standards laid down for the roofing industry.

The estimate for the supply & fitting of a new sun tunnel was fully detailed and provided promptly. As the work had to be programmed to follow other trades on site, we found GW & JS very cooperative and flexible in agreeing a convenient start date. When starting the work it was discovered that to an incorrect component had been delivered. Although this delayed completion, the work was immediately re-scheduled and completed without any inconvenience within a couple of days. The personal involvement on site by Director Guy Wright provided reassurance that the work was executed correctly and to our entire satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again or recommending them to others.

Having used GW and JS Construction on numerous occasions I am happy to say that I am extremely pleased with their service and the standard of their work. They are always willing to attend at short notice and the staff in both the office and on the job are always extremely helpful and always make sure jobs are completed to a very high standard. Will certainly continue to use them.

Excellent service from GW & JS Construction Ltd. We were looking to get our guttering sorted as it was snow damaged from a couple of winters ago. They called round promptly to review the situation, talked us through the extent of the problem, straight away provided a detailed quote with a couple of easy-to-understand options for our perusal, then when we chose the one we wanted quickly visited and got it sorted. The team were friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Arrived first thing this morning to assess a damaged external pipe.......he was happy to send me photos of the damage and feedback to Edinburgh Council, as a shared repair was likely......although Jason hasn't had any paid work for this job, he kept me informed along the way and I found he was happy to go beyond his call of duty to help......I would be more than happy to use Jason for any future work that may be required. We used Guy and Jason to install some cladding for one of our large commercial clients. Throughout the whole of the project, they were extremely polite, professional, lots of communication and very quick to install on the day. Great workmanship, no problems, site was left tidy and our client very happy. Would most definitely use Guy and Jason again! Thanks guys.

I have found GW & JS Construction to be a professional and reliable firm. They came to see what needed to be done and provide a quote when they said they would. The quote, which was reasonably priced, was received the following day. The work was carried out only a few days after I called to accept their quote. The men who carried out the work were polite and completed the job quickly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
