New boiler and three new radiators. Friendly service - came back to remove tanks in the attic which completed the job very well. John from the start was very helpful in advising on options for the work and we are really pleased with the improved hot water and heating system.

Citywide were so helpful when we had a big water leak through our kitchen ceiling just a few days after moving into our new house. I was pretty worried about it and luckily they were able to come round promptly. Citywide were brilliant, really good service and friendly, and price seemed reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to others.

John was v helpful and informative. Came out same day and identified problem with gas boiler not working, clearly very knowledgeable even though boiler was a very old model, ordered parts, and returned to fix it and do service.

Installed new board let and radiators . Went above and beyond, crawling about the ground floor space . To replace pipework and locate leaks . Must have been half a day under there . Incredibly filthy work . John May didn’t bat an eyelid. I could not recommend the guy more highly . He also looks after 3 other boilers in flats we rent out and does our gas safety checks . Our tenants like him a lot . Very important to point that out .

We had a complicated gas supply issue just before lockdown. John and team were friendly, responsive, steadfast and skillful in resolving it. Even our insurers commented that this was a rare issue, and it was impressive work done to fix it. Thank you Citywide.
