Replaced my boiler and checked,maintained and adjusted my radiators.
The service was excellent - out following day from initial call to talk through and give estimate. Took just one day to complete and cleaned up the mess before leaving.
My husband is unwell and John explained everything they were doing to both of us to ensure there was few disruptions to his care and he was not left out of decisions.
I would use them again and would recommend them.

We had an emergency on a Friday night our boiler was leaking water we called Citywide Gas they came out that night fixed the leak and ordered a damaged part and will be back Monday morning to fit I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Called Citywide Gas about emergency plumbing job and they responded within 15 minutes. They stayed until job was complete and even helped to clean our flat after job was complete. This company are second to none, their whole team are polite and go beyond what is required. I have had other plumbing companies over the years but they do not come close to this company. Citywide Gas will always get any work from me and my faimly. Once again thank you all the staff at Citywide.

John works with us as a letting agent and carrys out boiler repairs and landlord safety certificates. All work is completed to a high standard and he is very reliable. All keys are returned quickly and invoices are submitted in a timely manner. He also attends emergency jobs on short notice. Would highly recommend.

When my combi boiler broke down leaving me with no hot water or heating I was debating which plumbing/heating company I should contact. After reading the great reviews given to Citywide Gas Services I decided to call them. I can honestly say I am glad I did. With a keen eye, John spotted the fault and rectified the problem.

Noticed my shower was leaking so turned off my water and rang citywide plumbing at 9:30am, john was here at 12 and within 30 mins had capped necessary pipes and got the water back on. Then talked me through my options going forward. he even took some time to look at some noisy clicking rads and advise me with those too. Fantastic price, excellent communication, will definitely be getting them back for more work soon. highly recommended

I had a full gas service, cooker installed and new radiators put in and moved. John and his colleague did a fantastic job. They were very punctual and did the job to a great standard. We were delighted with the outcome for the price and would highly recommend and use again.
