I use citywide as one of our main contractors at work and have had great feed back from landlords and tenants as to the quality and customer service from citywide - based on that I used Citywide to install a new boiler in my own home John attended and installed and completed the work and I was very happy with the service I received from Citywide and I would highly recommend Citywide to friends and family.

Two months after getting my boiler serviced it packed in. My usual Engineer failed to turn up and would not respond to calls / texts the following morning. I found John through a google search and he attended promptly that evening. John found the spark generator needed replaced and promptly ordered the part and fixed my issue a day or two later and did try though his own contacts to get one sooner. John is a professional and with a friendly manner. Would highly recommend John again.

The work entailed installing a new boiler and central heating system as well as installing a new shower room. John is a very enthusiastic individual and keen to ensure at each stage of the work that the customer is happy. I particularly liked the neat and tidy installation of new pipework and radiators compared to the maze of old pipework in property. He also had great recommendations for bathroom fixtures and fittings.

Amazing 10/10 service from John and Neil. We had our old backroom sinks and boilers ripped out and re-plumbed with a new hot water boiler servicing them both. Everything was spot on, well within budget and even finished earlier than planned.

Would absolutely recommend the team to anyone with a plumbing job - big or small. Will absolutely be using them again when the next project comes up.

John came out to help me after 10pm in an emergency when my water tank burst. He was very helpful and made sure that the leak (flood!) had stopped before leaving that night. He has replaced the tank and had my water and heating back within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him

Great service, installing new radiator and moveing another. Job very Well explained and Cleaned up really well after himself. Defiantly would recommend/use again.

Very professional and reliable, John is very knowledgeable and helpful and talks you through everything which is very helpful to the customer and also follows up if there is any further queries.

Citywide Gas are reliable, proactive and highly professional. We've always been happy with their work and we would absolutely recommend their services!

I called citywide gas services as my boiler stopped working. I explained I had two young children in the house and would be desperate to get this fixed as soon as possible.

I was extremely pleased when John and a member of his team turned up within the hour and repaired the boiler for us and we had heating and hot water within 30 minutes.

Our boiler developed a problem over the Christmas break that left us without hot water or heating. Citywide Gas came out quickly, gave us a detailed assessment of the problem and made sure it was then fixed and in full working order (including ringing up the boiler manufacturers directly). Very nice and reliable folk - will use them again.
